Hotel 3 Bintang di Grindelwald

Hotel Alpenhof is a classic Swiss mountain hotel - lots of pine paneling and flower boxes on the windows. It has a small restaurant that serves Swiss specialties at dinner and a nice breakfast buffet. But, best of all, it has killer views of the north face of the Eiger and surrounding mountains. I was disappointed when we checked in late and found we were reassigned from the room with a flower bedecked balcony I had booked to a suite with a patio but I quickly got over it. The suite had a bedroom, living room with a couch, coffee table and desk, and a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. It was great to have an extra room to spread out all our hiking gear and the patio, with a table, chairs and umbrella overlooking the Eiger, was a great place to hang out after long hikes in the mountains. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant stayed open late after that late arrival and even allowed us to take pizzas back to our patio one night after an especially arduous hike. There certainly are fancier hotels in Grindelwald, but the Alpenhof is a clean, friendly and comfortable option we sincerely recommend.

Althouth the breakfast was soso(i ate food that i just fill in my stomach), I had a great time in this hotel. Thank you

Angesichts der knappen Parkplätze in Grindelwald war schon der Parkplatz direkt am Haus sehr erfreulich, noch erfreulicher - er war kostenlos! Wir haben natürlich den Wagen für den Aufenthalt dort gelassen und sind zu Fuß gegangen. Das Zimmer (DZ mit Bad) war relativ klein, aber ausreichend. Sehr schön, am frühen morgen die Hausberge direkt vor dem Fenster zu sehen! Frühstücksbuffet war nicht gerade üppig, aber ausreichend, für die überwiegend asiatischen Gäste stand sogar Reis bereit. Der Kaffee wurde immer tassenweise frisch gebrüht und schmeckte entsprechend gut. Fahrkarten aufs Jungfraujoch gab es zu Originalpreise bei der freundlichen Rezeption. Der Fußweg zum Bahnhof dauert knapp 10 Minuten. Für sparsame Gäste, meisten jüngere asiatische Reisende, gab es auch Zimmer mit Gemeinschaftsbad. Fazit: gern wieder ( aber 1 x aufs Jungfraujoch reicht im Leben)

We stayed in the gallery apt 10 which was the perfect size for our family. The hotel is located close to the train station and in the heart of everything. The apartments are actually in the building behind the hotel but we thought that worked out better than being on the main street. The staff was always nice. The breakfast was the same everyday but that was okay with us because we just wanted to eat quickly to get to our adventures! Now here are the pros and cons in our opinion! Pros: -ABSOLUTELY AMAZING VIEW FROM THIS APARTMENT 10! We sat outside on our balcony every evening and just marveled at the beauty of the mountains. -Love the balcony -Having the small kitchen was very nice especially to go to COOP and get some food, drinks, snacks - Breakfast included - Bathroom was nice - Apartment was clean Cons: - There is no air conditioning so if it's warm then you must keep the windows open. Unfortunately, you do hear noise from the hotel restaurants nearby. However, everything seems to quiet down by 10:30. - Our son ended up sleeping in the bed upstairs because my husband and I were very concerned about going up/down the stairs inside the apartment. They were unusually shaped. I would definitely recommend staying here especially in the apartments.

The staff warmly welcomed us and provided us advice to the Jungfraujoch. The hotel is beautiful with very convenient location just next to Grindelwald station. The breakfast are delicious with comfortable environment.

We enjoyed our stay with Bernerhof Hotel very much. Location is very convenient, only 5 mins walk from train station. And another 5 mins to Coop supermarket, which is good for all kind of vital purchases. Having the view of Eiger at the front of the hotel is definitely a huge bonus for anyone who wants great photo opportunity. Of course, that also must depends on the weather. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and all are within walking distance from the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful, attend to our request promptly. The breakfast though not lavish but it served our needs, and my wife loves the croissant there. Overall we are happy with our experience.

距離車站不算太近，但又不是太遠，不過要上斜坡後來才知道有接送服務距離車站不算太近，但又不是太遠，不過要上斜坡後來才知道有接送服務，有免費泊車，有免費可口早餐 外型很可愛的木酒店，內裏都溫馨，酒店正在逐間房進行裝修 ，但剛好我分配到是一間未裝修的老房間，所以現在說的不足之處，可能到你入住的時候已經翻新了，就不再是不足 沒有雪櫃，沒有熱水㷛。洗頭水只給每人一小包，但我們入住兩天，根本不夠用 ．嘗試兩天都到樓下希望多給兩小包洗頭水，但都沒有人理睬我，到餐廳找他們，因為店員都要兼顧餐廳的工作，人客多太忙態度不太好，叫我站在這裏等5分鐘，但我根本沒有耐性去等．第二天早上想去拿洗頭水情況依然一樣。最後不能洗頭 早餐不錯，預先設置好餐枱，吃早餐的地方裝修雅致溫暖溫馨 ，可以嘗試瑞士風味火腿還有煎蛋真的很有誠意，早餐我給他滿分 服務員方面有的態度非常好，但有的確很不耐煩，個別人員質素參差 ，地理位置很好這理由應該拿到高一點分數，總括來說，我給它3.5至4分。如果你是拿到一間新裝修的房間應該評分會更加高，至於工作人員的態度問題．都是其中一兩個，其他都態度很熱情特別是一個高廋的女子，還怕我們不夠雞蛋說可以再給。總之工作人員的反差都很大，所以我很難給這個酒店下定論

اطلالة رائعة نظافة الفندق 👍 تعامل اصحاب الفندق لطيفين ودوددين مواقف مجانية وفطور جيد انصح فيه سكنت فيه لمدة ٤ ايام وكأني فالبيت صراحة يوجد كافي ومشروبات مجانية على مدار الساعة ويعملون تنظيف للغرفة بشكل يومي حتى لو لم يتم طلب تنظيف الغرفة يوجد ضريبة المدينة ٤ فرانك للشخص الواحد عن كل ليلة

Wir haben spät gebucht und das verfügbare Angebot an Zimmern war an einem Wochenende in der Hochsaison sehr beschränkt. Wir haben zu unserer Freude noch ein Zimmer erhalten und alles hat wie abgemacht bestens geklappt (Zusatzbett im Zimmer, Parkplatz reserviert). Also dürfen wir uns nicht beklagen, insbesondere weil die Sauberkeit sehr gut, das Bett bequem und das Bad gross waren. Alles klappte bestens wie vereinbart. Die Einrichtung war etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wirklich enttäuscht waren wir über die Aussicht an eine hohe Wand und eine rostige Schubkarre direkt vor dem Zimmer für einen doch recht stolzen Preis, insbesondere weil wir eine Aussicht auf den Eiger oder zumindest das nächste Haus erwartet hätten. Auch das Flair entsprach eher einem Stadthotel in London als einem Berghotel in Grindelwald.
