The hotel itself is beautiful and the pool and rooftop are gorgeous, with stunning views of the city. The view wasn’t much on our side, just a wall.. but we didn’t spend much time in the room anyway. The location is absolutely fantastic, being just a 5 minute walk from the historic Guadalajara cathedral! The staff were helpful and polite - Would recommend to any friend to stay here!

It is a good place to stay, the location is perfect. There was only two things that can be improved and is the TV and the shower faucet. The TV is small and old (Not Smart), and the shower faucet is just not the best one

Desde el primer y hasta el último momento el personal demostró la mejor actitud, si el hotel no tenía algo a su alcance los chicos de bellboy iban a mitad de la noche con toda la actitud del mundo y lo conseguían en la tienda. El Sr. Martín maletero gracias por su ayuda en la habitación y la srita Victoria de recepción muy agradecido con ella por apoyarme a realizar un pequeño detalle de cumpleaños a mi novia.

The location is very close to the old bus terminal Central Vieja where airport buses stop. It is right in the city centre. The check in was smooth, but the reception took quite some time to find my booking. The room was quite good and very clean. Hot water and wifi worked well. The facade of the hotel isn't appealing, but what is inside is quite good.

The hotel was top of the line, the guess staff eas awesome. They were very friendly and dedicated . The staff make you feel very appreciated. I will stay in this hotel the next time i travel to guadalajara.

Hoy llegamos al hotel eran las 14:55 , sin embargo por faltar 5 minutos para las 15 horas, hora del check-in nos fue negada la habitación con una actitud muy grosera y prepotente por parte de dos chicas recepcionistas, posteriormente y siendo ya casi 3:10 un chico llenito de barba y bigote de recepción nos asignó la habitación también para no perder la costumbre con una actitud grosera y prepotente. Me voy decepcionado de este Hotel para jamás volver ni recomendarlo. Su personal necesita unas clases de amabilidad y hospitalidad porque se les olvida que nosotros los huéspedes somos su fuente de trabajo.
