Very nice stay in a spacious room. Good breakfast.
It's a challenge or next to impossible to get a fresh towel or more water early in the morning or late in the evening.
The staff's readiness to help is average.
The hotel will charge the guests in advance unless a credit card is provided.

Abit over price. My room is facing/beside the entertainment zone area. Loud music at night can be disturbing as sound-proofing work need to be improved.

周邊很多餐廳，其中有家海鮮一級棒，環境氛圍也很好，酒店鬧中取靜，樓下有**還有商場，也是到墨後不用走太遠就能享受一切的好酒店

酒店服務熱情，食物新鮮，口味多，還可以點餐各種炒蛋煎蛋類。交通也便利，樓下就有一片飯店，安全乾凈衞生。就是有點舊了，電梯樓層按鈕按得有時候崩潰🎅🏿

The rooms are great, but reception and checkout services terrible. Non approved charges were eliminates but recharged upon checkout. I have been trying to eliminate, without success. Nobody responds. Would NEVER stay there again. There are other options nearby the location. A

Great hotel with the latest everything only weird part in room is the lack of privacy in toilet a clear glass door is really not whats needed it limits the number of people in bathroom also inwould jave given 5 star if i would have such a terrible expirience at your restaurant whoever manages that place needs to get fired staff is rude and couldnt care less we walked out after 15 minutes being ignored

From the moment I walk in every one is very helpful and friendly. The room views are amazing very clean. I traveled with kids and an elderly lady and they were very helpful with both of them.

Excellent hotel. Great customer service. One of the best locations in GDL. Plenty of nice restaurants, and bars walking distance.

The hotel did not give us the room we reserved the first night, until the second night. Also that provisional room had a leak under the wash hand basin in the bathroom. Another room we had in our group had a very bad smell and they never went up and checked it or changed us the room. Cherry on top, for one day they never cleaned the room even though we reminded the hotel in the afternoon and left the "please clean the room" paper in the door knob. The cleanliness of the hotel is not the best such as the attention. I would definitely not recommend the hotel to anyone who is looking to have good attention from the staff and a good guaranteed experience.
