Hotel dengan WiFi di Guam

Have stayed here many times for work. I just wanted to thank everyone at Hilton for taking such good care of us the past few weeks! I was here for work, and it was a bit unnerving being away from home and family during Typhoon Mawar… but I appreciate the hotel’s constant updates and adaptability! Everyone was working so hard to keep us safe during this very tough time, and it’s truly appreciated! Glad we came thru it okay, prayers for the recovery ahead, grateful to Hilton and all your staff. Thank you.

糾結了很久，最後選了這家，原因是看到大家説這家酒店的海灘是自己的，不是公共海灘，另一個原因是雖然這家也挺貴的，但還是比市中心的那幾家要便宜一點。從機場打車到酒店是35美金+1美金/1件行李，後來我們離店的時候我是提前一天請酒店前台幫忙預訂的出租車到機場，酒店直接告訴我是25美金+1美金/1件行李。酒店的位置雖然不在市中心，很靠北，但是關島真的也不大，而且南部是生活區，遊客的活動區域主要就在北部，從酒店晃悠到市中心也就是20分鐘的步行。房間陽台直接看海，酒店自有海灘很乾凈、人不多，很舒服，但就是比較淺，游泳的話要往海里多走一點。市中心的公共海灘人稍微多一點，但其實也還好，整個關島就沒太多人，遊客也不多。酒店房間設施還可以，該有的都有，但千萬別拿四星五星的標準去衡量。衞生狀況可以。酒店會在房間裏放上環保咖啡杯，按人數給，送的，可以帶走。房間裏不提供瓶裝水，每個樓層都有凈水機和製冰機，要自己去接飲用水，房間裏有專門用來接水的玻璃瓶，當然也可以自己拿杯子去接。自來水不能直接飲用。酒店裡有餐廳，甚至還有個中餐廳，但我們都是出去吃的，從酒店往市中心走的路上，兩邊都是各種餐廳，挺方便的。總的來説，在關島這個啥都巨貴的地方，這家酒店的性價比不錯的。

in my 64yrs and countless hotel stays i have never been so disrespected and treated so poorly. after a flight cancellation a fellow traveler and myself were booked at this hotel and told it was a budget hotel with a shuttle. the shuttle driver asked for a $12 fare. when we arrived at the hotel the front desk, who i believe was the owner, began arguing with the driver and demanded another $12. we were not aware it was $12 apiece. we began to argue believing we were being conned. i eventually paid the $12 and the owner was still not satisfied and continued arguing in some broken english which i believe contributed to the confusion. i was tired and frustrated from 24 hrs flying and eating snacks for 2 days i had to sit on the floor in the lobby. the man traveling with me continued to talk to the front desk guy. when i tried to explain again the guy said ”you shut up” at that point i lost my temper and said we were leaving. they refused to return us to the airport and refused to allow us to use the phone. our phones had no service. after sitting outside we found someone to call a taxi for us and went to another hotel.

I was booked to stay here through my job. This is the filthiest hotel I’ve ever stepped into. From the looks of it, the rooms haven’t been touched since the beginning of COVID last year. When I closed the door and turned around to see the lock on the door, I was disgusted. I opened the fridge and immediately contacted my job to find me another place because I will not sleep here. I know for a fact that the staff themselves would not want to sleep here.

Upon check-in there was no power so we stowed our luggage and came back a couple hours later. Room was clean, but only provide towels, no wash clthes or hand towels. No cleaning service on follow on days. Maybe I'm out of touch with reality, but thought they still cleaned rooms daily and provided wash clothes as standard service.

The breakfast at the hotel was a well-stocked buffet-style meal. They did make custom omelets. The breakfast included a wide range of meats each morning. There were breads, cereals, and pastries. Coffee, teas, and juices were included. The rooms are large and are well-appointed. The bed, pillows, and linens were outstanding. My room had a nice view of the pool and ocean. The internet worked well. The hotel is well located near the beach, dining, and shopping district. Other nightlife activities are in close walking distance. There was a large self-serve washer & dryer on-site.

ホテルメダリオンに宿泊しました。とても綺麗で心地ち良いです。イブニングカクテルも宿泊に含まれているので気軽に利用できますし、コンシェルジュも日本語が通じるので、何か困ったり相談する事があっても安心ですし、とても親切に対応してくれます。ゴルフ場も歩いて行けるので毎日でもプレーが楽にできます。 タモンのホテルには以前宿泊してましたが、スタッフの親切さやゆっくり過ごせるのでここ数年はこちらのホテルを毎年利用しています。

Okay, we're still here right now in the middle of a two month stay on Guam. Was at first hesitant as the Garden Villa Hotel has some mixed reviews regarding its age and some regarding service... Yes, it's a little old and worn down, but they do maintain the grounds well, the location is great, and contrary to some reviews: the staff (reception AND housekeeping) are wonderful and attentive. No it's not the Westin or Dusit Thani.... This is a safe and clean 3 star hotel for those who want to save some money and who aren't going to freak out because the air con isn't this year's model or that there is some dust on the window sill. For me I recommend this place for families or solo travelers.

I reserved a corner ocean view room but upon check-in was told that they had upgraded my room to their tower. When I arrived at that room, it overlooked some other roofs of buildings and a pool. This was in no way an upgrade. I called the front desk and told them that I was not happy. They found an ocean/beach view room and moved me. It was not the corner room that I had reserved, but it was okay. As far as the hotel itself, it is a bit dated and needs some renovations. The AC controls in the room does not give an option to select a temperature. It is merely a push button panel with low/med/high buttons (very dated). The room television was very small (about 32”, if that much) and the remote control menu was difficult to navigate. I would have to keep pushing the menu button to get it to finally change from the hotel channel to those of the movie and television channels. The remote control requires some sort of ir device located under the TV to work. It looks like a spy camera, but I used my personal bug/camera detector and decided it was just an ir device for the remote (strange and very dated). Of the three lobby elevators, only one was working. The elevator that takes you to the basement parking makes strange noises and the panel buttons are damaged. The aquarium located near the lobby had tons of algae growth and was in dire need of cleaning. The lighting in the aquarium was very dim and in need of repair/replacement. This was not an appealing aesthetic. When I checked out at 0500 there was nobody working at the front desk. I rang their bell a few times and nobody showed so I left my room key on their counter and proceeded to the airport. As far as the restaurants, the breakfast buffet was good with several options. The Japanese restaurant Sagano was very nice and the food was great. They obviously have a talented chef there. The hotel staff for the most part were very nice. It was just the check-in process mentioned above that was very unsatisfactory. All in all, I will choose a different hotel the next time that I go to Guam.
