Hotel 5 Bintang Terbaik di Gu＇an

We visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often. This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate. Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period. This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well. The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel. I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success. The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel. His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer. Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful. Especially, in the current highly competitive market. As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses. Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service. The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication. True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff. As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor. The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor. Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels. Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay. Lydia is always courteous and professional. As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality. We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you. Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant. It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the ”Management Team”, whom deserve praise. As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay. Thank you to ”Housekeeping”, for friendly and prompt service. The team at the ”Swimming Pool”, also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that. We also appreciated the friendly and professional service, received from the following Restaurant staff: Sam, Peter and Joe. Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”. As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard. The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard. We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay. The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of. They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable. We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”. This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas. 這次體驗總體一個慢可以概括，3點辦入住，辦手續用了20多分鐘然後告訴我沒收拾出來，等到了3點多才給了房卡！ 奔着温泉去的，結果4點才去温泉池，想着先吃飯吧，結果點完餐等了20多分鐘才開始上第一個菜，直到吃的差不多了還有一個菜沒上，跟服務員溝通退菜後結賬，發現錢照收！繼續溝通退款，簡直無語！ 再説説池子吧，可能是假期緣故，人多池子少，因為已經晚上了，沒敢去室外，室內整體水温個人覺得不熱，池子水淺，而且總是有風吹過，會覺得很涼，不盡興！汗蒸房沒有撲面熱情，而是一股子餿臭味！ 前台有個叫王木木的大堂經理很專業，服務很好，儘管遇到各種不開心，但是經過她的協調解決了所有問題！ 對了，酒店周邊有個温室採摘，價格貴到嚇人，不過西紅柿和草莓的味道都很地道！

很不錯的酒店！在離固安縣比較近，固安東站打車二十塊錢！離北京野生動物園比較近，我們做公交車去的，出門就是公交站一塊四毛八！很不錯！打車也不貴！環境很好，很貼心還給我們升級了房間！門口有超市有麥當勞！離酒店比較近的還有個大夜市！非常不錯！走兩個路口就到了！孩子還有拖鞋跟牙刷，還送了小禮物！吃飯在四樓自助早餐！總體來説性價比很高！對了酒店還有蔬菜包可以放在書包最下面帶進動物園！非常不錯喲！

The location of the hotel is good. 30 mins away from the airport by taxi. The rooms are large enough and clean.

酒店位置好找，房間面積大，很乾凈衞生，洗手間還有個很勵志的貼紙，挺好的。這家酒店的地毯一看就是新換的，房間也很安靜，前台服務熱情，因為帶着孩子出行，給換了房間，還給拿了孩子的拖鞋和牙刷，很細心的服務，前台還能抽盲盒，孩子很喜歡玩。早餐口味不錯，還給我孩子拿了幾個橘子拿回房間，電梯裏遇到機器人，我閨女還行好奇的，整體很不錯，設備好，環境好，服務更好，強烈推薦

Excellent service,clean and tidy, helped us out of trouble when the airport cancelled our flights, would stay again

回京途中在固安住了一宿，選在這家酒店。 酒店位置還可以，附近小飯館不少，走到幾個商場也不太遠。車可以停在後麪小區裏，走的時候領張停車券就行。 房間比較大，設施比我想象得好。洗手間做了三分離，開了排風后略有異味，應該是地漏防臭沒做好。床墊軟硬適中，照明充足。房間裏還放置了特色的掛耳咖啡包。wifi速度偏慢一點，隔音一般。 服務熱情。 性價比還可以。

房間乾淨，設備很新，跟商家提供的圖片很一致。 電視可以投屏，喜歡。 智能馬桶，自己有個小燈，半夜去不用開燈晃人眼，還挺好的。 唯一的問題是不隔音，不知道是因為房門薄還是門下縫隙大，走廊裏人正常音量交談就能聽得很清楚，附近幾間房關門的聲音也很大聲，七點開始就很吵。 窗户也不隔音，夜晚有時候能聽見改裝車動次打次地開過，早上不知道是對面學校亦或是哪裡，會放好日子。 牆也不太隔音，燈的開關在床頭牆面上，早上隔壁時不時傳來啪啪按開關的聲音，還有樓上退房後打掃的聲音。。。 反而到了九點多人都走了就消停了。。。 總之對早上要睡懶覺的人不太友好

I book here because it close to Daxing Airport & we arrive here at 1am. But at noon we find it quite far from Beijing & nothing interesting to mingle around. Since we have short time before back to Malaysia, we decide to check out early & move to Beijing. The staff is very friendly & helpful. He patiently tried to help us because we have language barrier 😅. The room is big enough for that price & ‘smart’.

國慶節6號晚上入住的，價格實惠。網上預訂不包含早餐。隔壁就有麥當勞很方便。 小哥服務非常周到，有求必應，點贊👍🏻 洗衣服烘乾也非常方便 打車去孔雀城大湖公園很方便。。外賣也能送到房間孩子特別喜歡機器人！！！下次還會選擇全季。 第二天去的動物園打車也挺方便。。另一家全季更近一點。
