衞生：一般，一進房間門口就可以明顯感覺到衞生人員不太專業。
設施：很差，很陳舊，洗手間裏的電源插頭用一塊爛木板就放着，我吹頭髮都怕漏電！熱水器最熱温度衹有35度左右，我全程都是抖着沖完涼。最讓人接受不了的是，房間是沒有配充電線的，打客服電話要充電線，説是沒有。要充電的話就衹能到1樓前台去租充電寶，我可以接受你在房間裏面放收費的充電線，但是不能接受三更半夜手機充個電，還要到1樓去自己租。這家酒店服務太差，也很不人性化。

真的很少給差評，也住了很多次了，但是這一次真的忍不住要給差評！入住前已經説過有一次床塌了的體驗，要求給個好的房間！結果給了614的親子房主人床的床依然塌了！！！斜的！這個問題上次入住已經提出過了，今次再來，依舊沒有解決，越來越塌！睡都睡不了！和前台反應，説會換床，結果也沒換！體驗感真的越來越差，做酒店的，床這種基本設施都可以如此不重視，不懂評論！十分無語！

停車場很小，地庫+地面20個車位不到，配的早餐沒什麼吃的，種類就幾樣，喝的除了豆漿、茶和水就沒有別的了，房間乾淨，但廁所門衹能開到三分之二，個個房型都一樣，被門後的坐廁限制，很不好用。房間隔音比較差，隔壁房説話都能聽到，周邊飯館也有幾家，不講究也可以去試試。

酒店在公園旁邊，有專門的停車場，也有地下車庫。房間乾淨衞生，晚上睡覺也不會覺得很吵。附近吃飯的地方也挺多，商務出行，推薦可以住這裏。

之前每次回鄉都住這家，這次時隔兩年，沒想到會退步不少。首先是有活蟑螂出現，這個真不能忍；其次是自動窗簾、浴簾都失靈了……是該考慮重新裝修了！
