Hotel berhampiran Baiyunshan Scenic Area, Guangzhou

Excellent location, the room is clean and beds are comfortable. They were super helpful bringing up my luggage, showing me my room and taking care of my ground transportation needs. I will definitely come back again.

服務：服務誠意是超棒的，前台Carl Liu態度很好，加了微信成了管家，很多細節上都照顧的很周到，感謝。其他的工作人員也很主動積極的提供服務和幫助。 環境：環境優美，附近有金鐘湖，步行繞湖一週也只是20分鐘內的事情。景色也很美，空氣很清新。附近步行可達的地方也有雲溪植物園，值得一遊。 但是酒店確實有一丟丟偏遠，前不着村後不着店。酒店裡麪沒有自己的小賣部或小超市，所以如果需要日用品什麼的話就得坐車或開車出去買。如果不想吃酒店裡麪的自助餐的話，也得自行叫外賣，叫外賣的話，得自己下去前台拿取。 衞生：很乾凈，阿姨打掃的很用心。但是房間裏面的按鈕和門外的燈的聯動有點問題，比如説我出門時按了房間裏的“打掃”按鈕，甚至也在門把上掛上了“請即打掃”的牌子，但是門外的燈卻亮了紅色，導致阿姨在早上沒敢進門打掃衞生，等我們在外面遊玩回來之後，主動打電話催阿姨來打掃，才知道原來是燈色的問題讓阿姨沒來打掃衞生，所以這個設定應該改進一下（至少要有明顯的提醒讓住客知道什麼顏色的燈亮時，阿姨不會來。） 設施：樓下的小童遊樂設施，比如説套圈圈讓孩子很喜歡，可以玩半天都玩不膩。 但是房間的空調、被子和枕頭我需要提點意見。首先空調可能是因為設定的原因，如果我不調到19度以下的話，它就是制熱的模式，但是這兩天其實外面温度是有點熱的，所以如果它自動變成制熱模式的話，在房間內就比較悶熱。但是調到19度以下，晚上又會有點冷。然後，枕頭是那種軟塌塌的，根本承託不起頸部，對於頸椎病人來説不太友好。再者，被子是那種不太透氣的，蓋上就可以很熱熱到冒汗，但不蓋又會被空調凍到的那種。 最後再點贊一下中餐廳的茶點非常的好吃。 希望鳴泉居酒店能越做越好，打出咱廣州一張亮麗的大牌😁

Exellent place to stay. Scenic beauty and metro very nearby for commute to the city. Big spread on breakfast and dinner. Good pool to get that fresh feel after the swim and the staffs are very friendly. Canton fair shuttle bus from hotel which was very helpfull.

We like staying Element Guangzhou Baiyun. The hotel’s environment was serene and clean and spacious. The staff has helped me to arrange an earlier check in (called earlier in the month to request for earlier check in), which we are grateful for. The bathroom was also spacious and fully equipped. The shower head was strong and good. We didn’t manage to visit the nearby shopping mall. Do hope to return one day and stay at the same hotel again. Good service and environment.

Location: Located conveniently near the business district, Four Points is ideal for both business travelers and tourists. With easy access to public transportation and nearby shopping centers, it was perfect for exploring the city’s attractions and getting around without hassle. There’s also a good selection of restaurants within walking distance. Room: The room was spacious, clean, and offered a beautiful view of the city skyline. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows and linens felt luxurious—perfect after a long day of exploring Guangzhou. I appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the complimentary bottled water, coffee, and tea, which added to the overall experience. The bathroom was pristine, with a rain shower and high-quality toiletries. Service: Service was exceptional throughout my stay. The staff at the front desk was friendly, efficient, and always ready to help. They went out of their way to accommodate my requests, from arranging transportation to recommending local spots to visit. Housekeeping was thorough and respectful of my schedule, ensuring my room was always fresh and tidy without disturbing my work hours.

房間中規中矩 特價房的床是1.5米x2.0的 長住的話價格比網上預訂的相差不大 酒店一樓有自助洗衣機 烘乾機 晾衣區 也可以做飯煲湯 這幾天一樓在裝修 做不了 房間窗户是打不開的 工作人員都還挺好的 進進出出都面帶笑容 並沒有欠他們十萬八萬的臉

Location is ok.?Near to mrt. Plenty of eateries around. Cleaning staff is nice and competent. Reception staff is also helpful. The bathroom could be improved. There’s no door or shower curtain to shower area, causing water to splatter to whole toilet. So the bathroom/toilet is wet after a shower.

I was so impressed with the service of the hotel 🏨. The price is so low that you can enjoy the value of money 💰. The front desk staff is very active and so helpful especially the two girls with Number 8625 and 8541.They gave us a 5 star service and they really know their job.I recommend everyone to try the hotel. I almost forgot the breakfast, top notch

It's very noisy and annoying since there is a construction site outside the hotel! Check-in procedure is complicated!! No mini-bar / small fridge even a so call ”Superior Double Room”!!
