房間衞生很好，細節的地方也很乾凈。老闆很用心，去的時候，濕氣太重了，但老闆提前很長時間把房間空調打開進行除濕。地理位置優越，鬧中取靜，挺好的。早餐很用心。各式各樣的點心，卷膜，油條，豆漿，拌飯，醬香餅~~~味道很不錯。更值得稱讚的是藍牙耳機落在了房間裏，老闆很熱心的把耳機給我郵寄回來了。非常感謝！非常值得推薦的地方

I didn’t like the first day on the first flood the guy asked my passport and asked me where the passport was from? I said Mongolia. He said Mongolia belongs to China and I could use ID to register.
Trust me, if any inner mongolian was traveling they would be smart enough to use their ID because they are traveling domestically.
I presented my passport because I am aware i am a foreigner. There was no use of insulting me and my country saying it belongs to China!
He needs to study geography if he is working for a hotel and not to insult clients countries and their whole identity! He needs to learn to normalize insulting others countries is bad! Apparently he is not a person who decides what country belongs to where!

The hotel is great, perfect for all kinds of travellers. The room are clean, with all the necessary amenities. There is a small convenience store that has the basics and it is very convenient. I am happy with the place. The location could be an issue for some as it is near the dock and you could be disturbed by the sound of machines and trucks but it wasn’t an issue to me. The only issue was everything else is slightly far.

From the convenient transfer service to the warm hospitality extended by the staff, every aspect of my stay was truly remarkable.
Arrival and Check-in:
Upon booking, I contacted the hotel receptionist who promptly arranged a driver to pick me up from the airport. The transfer service was seamless, and I was pleasantly surprised when I was given a complimentary upgrade upon arrival. The hotel's lobby was immaculate, and the staff courteously showed me to my room, providing a thorough introduction to the hotel's facilities.

I recently stayed at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel (Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport) for two nights. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of the positive reviews I read online, which makes me question their authenticity.
**From the very beginning, the check-in process was unpleasant.** The staff displayed a rude and unwelcoming demeanor. When they provided the initial Wi-Fi username and password, it turned out to be incorrect.
**We returned to the lobby to address the Wi-Fi issue.** Instead of simply providing the correct credentials, the staff member became impatient and took our phone to set up the connection themselves. When we politely requested the username and password for our computer, they responded with a dismissive attitude, stating they ”already set it up” and questioned why we needed the information. We explained the initial credentials were wrong, and they finally provided the correct username and password written on a piece of paper, further demonstrating their lack of courtesy.
**Housekeeping was another area of disappointment.** After our first night, we requested room service. Despite confirming our room number and promising to clean the room later, housekeeping never arrived. Returning to the hotel in the evening, we found our room untouched. We ended up having to replenish our own water bottles and toilet paper.
**The airport fetching service we booked was another source of frustration.** We arrived in the lobby early for the arranged pick-up time. However, when the pick-up time approached, we were informed that the car had already left for the airport without us!** There was no apology or explanation for this missed pick-up. The room was nice, better than the hotel photos. On a cloudy day you may feel yourself inside a cloud. The lights of city in the evening are especially good looking from the this hotel. I like the ambiance of this hotel. The vibe is a relaxed sophistication. The artwork in the hallways, elevators and public spaces is very nice. Sometimes, i find the public spaces and hallways of this hotel to be more beautiful than the room, haha. The room is well reserved and relaxing , whereas public spaces are more energetic. Probably, how it should be. The great asset of this hotel is all the staff. And that would be the first reason i will be back to this place. PPengguna TetamuCleanliness was fine but not spectacular. WiFi could only be accessed with a Chinese phone number, which I didn't have. Thankfully the receptionist helped me connect once (but you need the number every time you connect...).
My room was absolutely tiny with no window to the outside and no natural light. Consequently the.little bathroom area was very damp and rapidly smelly. According to the plan, about half the rooms don't have real windows. Those that do are tinted heavily.
Fine for a one night stay but not for longer.

CChengxiqu88clean and nice remodeling. But this is not a 5 star, rather 3 to 4 star. Actually it’s a weird hotel. They completely lack the windows. The hallways are zigzagging and has a huge risk if fire breaks. I don’t know how the city government allows this kind of hotel. They turned off the heater and keep saying they turned it on. Latter they provided a space heater. I would not recommend this hotel.
