Hotel berhampiran Cathedral Church of the Redemption, Guangzhou

I got free upgrade thanks! It was a pleasurable experience to stay in this hotel. The receptionist is also very helpful although they cannot speak English. Laundry room is available downstairs, have 2 washers & 2 dryers with free laundry soap. Standing iron steamer is also provided in the same room. I love they have many sitting spots so that we can meet with our suppliers or friends there. Halal restaurant only 3 mins away by walk, convenience store just outside the hotel. The famous Beijing Road just 5 minutes by bicycle, One Link plaza and metro also are very near. I hope for better improvement; 1) to provide bidet in the toilet 2) change toilet door to full height (bad odor can come out) 3) have receptionist that can speak English

pertama! Salah satu sebab mengapa saya memilih hotel ini! Ya, ia adalah hotel milik (Kumpulan AccorHotels) yang terkenal di Perancis di Eropah!  Jadi saya fikir akan ada tahap perlindungan tertentu dari segi perkhidmatan dan sanitasi alam sekitar! *Jika anda berpusat di Guangzhou (Jalan Pejalan Kaki Jalan Beijing), maka pilihan Mercure Hotel anda adalah pilihan yang bijak Jalan Pejalan Kaki Beijing Road hanya di tingkat bawah! Dan hotel ini agak dekat dengan (stesen kereta api bawah tanah Laluan 6)!  *Terdapat pusat membeli-belah yang berbeza di sekitar hotel, yang sangat mudah untuk membeli-belah dan menjamu selera. *Kebersihan bilik juga agak baik, dan bilik mandi juga mempunyai tandas pintar! *Untuk sarapan pagi pula, ianya terletak di tingkat 29. Terdapat pelbagai jenis makanan untuk dipilih dan rasanya sedap! Secara keseluruhannya...(menginap selama tiga malam, saya rasa baik)!  **Tempat di mana mata akan dipotong ialah bilik mandi (tiada tab mandi)** **Mata akan ditolak, pancuran mandian bilik mandi (tekanan air rendah)** **Mata akan ditolak kerana sesetengah kakitangan hotel tidak begitu sopan**  (Termasuk meja penyambut tetamu individu dan atendan bahagian bagasi dan pelayan restoran)  (Kurang inisiatif dan senyuman)

If you want to save money still acceptable. The whole building is full with fungus. Can’t get over the smell. The floor feels like short after war. The receptionist is friendly, did our laundry, helped when the ac remote was disconnected. But the floor and all surfaces were definitely not clean, we were afraid to touch it with naked feet. The smell out of the pipes after showering is something you get used to from many cities, but still need to know for first-timers. Still has a nice view in ca. 30floor. Subway super close, that’s best.

Despite the shabby exterior and entrance/lobby, room was adequately clean and had everything we needed. Staff were also very helpful and responsive to our needs. Room’s projector and speaker were exceptionally nice and we thoroughly enjoyed that feature in the evenings and warm afternoons trying to hide from the sun. Location of hotel was also excellent and unbeatable

服務員説這個店是05年開業的老店，全國第一家7天酒店，是真的挺有文化底藴，挺有意義的，房間確實是老了點，舊了點，但是總體來説還算不錯，看起來保養的還是挺好的，房間乾淨整潔衞生，住得舒服！在這繁華的北京路步行街，這價格很實惠，性價比很高！出行也很方便，北京路步行街步行5分鐘，樂山大佛步行8分鐘，珠江夜遊天字碼頭步行2分鐘，距離地鐵站也非常近，步行3分鐘，地理位置相當好！下次出來旅遊還是會繼續住這裏！

Service 10/10 Amenities are lacking but okay Room is cozy, homey and clean Aircon is well functioning and cold Location 10/10, just in Beijing Lu. The front desk staffs are very helpful, they also helped me ship my items to my friend . They are attentive, kind and responsive. The English speaking staff is a plus Overall stay is 10/10

Service was wonderful, got a free late check out.. The location was great and near the food area, there was a nice craft beer restaurant along the area too near the river... The hotel room bed was comfortable and the city view was quite nice.. some part of the hotel may require some touch up but definitely a nice hotel to stay in for a short duration.. easy to travel around to all the tourists hotspot..

Lokasi agak baik, hanya 2 minit berjalan kaki ke Beijing Rd. Saya memilihnya kerana ia dekat dan harganya dan sangat bagus. Saya tiba dan 2 penyambut tetamu, sementara saya tidak akan mengatakan mereka kurang ajar, tetapi lebih fokus pada berbual antara satu sama lain kemudian melayan saya. Hotel ini agak ketinggalan zaman, tetapi jika anda hanya menggunakannya untuk katil dan mandi, tiada apa yang perlu dirungut. Pengalaman terburuk saya adalah dengan lif, terdapat 2, seorang tetamu sahaja dan lif perkhidmatan. Kedua-duanya sangat sangat perlahan.

這次帶着娃去廣州玩，住了 3 晚，整體來説都挺好的，性價比高。服務周到，這點我要給前台小哥打高分，有問題及時響應，耐心解決，特別棒。衞生方面也過得去，就是對細節，角落需要提高一下，要辛苦清潔阿姨仔細點。房間衣櫃和洗衣機有損壞和老化的情況，希望店家及時維修了。周邊交通也還算方便，樓下便利店咖啡店都有，配套齊全的，體驗感還是很不錯。
