酒店工作人員不足.令到前台工作人員非常忙碌.雖然有些事情未能解決但是看見前台盡量協助.及盡量協助解決問題.所以前台服務員是滿分

但第二間房看見洗手盆下面地下一氹水.但又不似漏水故此也就不再換房

唯獨是浴室門螺絲掉了關不上.有點鬆脫有點危險.因為太夜太累了.即使前台打算即時上來協助處理.因為不打算換房故此婉拒
.只要求一卷膠紙利用垃圾膠袋阻擋當作門.前台盡量找物資給我.見得他很熱心.
升降機需要拍卡才能上.但是如果把門卡放在升降機旁邊給**自己上去就顯得不安全.即使他們未能進房.但是任何人能夠拿卡上去就已經存在隱患.不是說**的人問題.而是其他心懷不軌的人容易進出酒店樓層
另外希望能夠增加人手協助前台及清潔人員.其中有支水是他人飲過的.但明白當日人手不足.其他地方清潔沒有大問題.
去過這些類型的精品酒店.酒店早餐的選擇也可以的.房價已經包括早餐
洗衣機及跑步機放在同一房間.
如果沒有出現上述趟門及入升降機電子卡的問題.這個價格我覺得係可以的

Location is far from center but close to the subway and shopping mall. The size of the is really huge. Air Conditioner has quite and drying mode. Almost everything is ok. But breakfast, guys is the worst hotel breakfast that I have had all over the world (I have visited 25 countries). I dont know the real cost of breakfast menu, but guys it seems the same price is making huge omelet (or huge plate of scrambled eggs) with onion/tomato and toast with a piece of butter (you can buy big toaster to provide people make it own toast). Instead of this horrible fat noodles, corn, boiled eggs and potatoes. it will be healthy and more tasty I guess. Сarbohydrates (potatoes, corn, fatty noodles with meat O_O) are not good for breakfast. For breakfast people need to eat protein (eggs) and animal fat (butter) and some vegetables (list of salad and piece of cucumber)

PPengguna TetamuNice hotel, clean, with excellent staff, attentive and friendly. The only disadvantage was the distance from points of interest (although the metro stop is 5 minutes away) we knew from the beginning but maybe for a weekend trip could be a little bit far.
Other weak point is the breakfast, even if the food quality is good, the restocking of items might be inexistent , sometimes it was difficult to find some items that weren't restocked, like milk and egg tarts(we went around 8:30 am for breakfast and almost couldn’t try) coffee machine should be bigger.
For the rest everything was perfect, comfortable bed, staff, clean, free tea 24 hours. Recommended!

PPengguna TetamuThis is my first time staying at an Element hotel, though I have stayed at several other Marriott properties. I'm disappointed with the hotel's service standards; my room is dusty and poorly maintained. I understand that the hotel is young, but if the general stay rate is high, the management should take action. The front office staff is likewise undertrained, and some of them are intimidating. The staff has no idea what you can do in GZ, so plan ahead of time. However, the concierge staff is more courteous and willing to assist than the front desk. Hopefully, they can reaccess and train the front desk, as they are the first point of contact and it will create an impression for the hotel.
Element and Four Points shared the same gym and swimming pool. The guest rooms are large and roomy, but keep in mind that the hotel does not provide hair conditioner; instead, they use a two-in-one hair shampoo and conditioner, which I dislike; fortunately, I had my own.
The hotel environment is extremely relaxing and pleasant at night, and it is a short walk to the subway. Three Marriott hotels share the same park and are connected by a covered walkway. The metro station is conveniently located near several attractions, such as Beijing Lu Street, which is only 7 stations away, and Gongyuanli, where the apparel wholesale market is just 4 stations away.

PPengguna Tetamu親屬在攜程上幫訂了四天的房間，我們又在攜程上加訂了一天，一共住了六天五晚。前台那位雷州的小美女接待我們很熱情。公寓房間很大，五十平方米，有卧室，還有書房、客廳。廚房，冰箱，微波爐，洗衣機一應俱全，還有投影電視。開窗就是山景，五彩斑斕的植被。早餐品種還算豐富。三百元左右一天的價格非常實惠。

The room was nice with a view of the city (not the river or Canton tower view which I would choose next time). The room felt smaller than we expected but then we realised a lot of the area was for the bathroom which was very nice. Fitness Center and the Pool also fantastic.

OOsamaFarThe hotel is quite good, rooms are clean and adequate . It is close to the airport and the near subway station(1.5Km) can be used to travel to the city. The breakfast is also good only thing i would like to add is they should have a halal corner at the breakfast. I have stayed at holiday inn and they have a separate halal corner for breakfast of Muslims.
The airport shuttle did not arrived for pickup from the airport even though i called them before boarding the flight from my country.
Overall experience was quite good.

PPengguna TetamuThe entire hotel looked stunningly beautiful, despite it outside looking a bit worn down. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The rooms were comfortable and pretty. The toilets could use an upgrade though and the caulk of the faucet and showers should be replaced due to mold growth.
But the only downside was breakfast! That was extremely disappointing because we had high expectations due to all the positive reviews. All the foods were not freshly made and bland. I tried some friend noodles but they were dried up to the point that they became chewy and crispy. They ran out of bacon and we asked if it would be refilled. After we finished breakfast, it still wasn't refilled.
All in all, breakfast was NOT worth the money. But the hotel and staff was great enough that I'd go back.

I recently stayed at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel (Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport) for two nights. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of the positive reviews I read online, which makes me question their authenticity.
**From the very beginning, the check-in process was unpleasant.** The staff displayed a rude and unwelcoming demeanor. When they provided the initial Wi-Fi username and password, it turned out to be incorrect.
**We returned to the lobby to address the Wi-Fi issue.** Instead of simply providing the correct credentials, the staff member became impatient and took our phone to set up the connection themselves. When we politely requested the username and password for our computer, they responded with a dismissive attitude, stating they ”already set it up” and questioned why we needed the information. We explained the initial credentials were wrong, and they finally provided the correct username and password written on a piece of paper, further demonstrating their lack of courtesy.
**Housekeeping was another area of disappointment.** After our first night, we requested room service. Despite confirming our room number and promising to clean the room later, housekeeping never arrived. Returning to the hotel in the evening, we found our room untouched. We ended up having to replenish our own water bottles and toilet paper.
**The airport fetching service we booked was another source of frustration.** We arrived in the lobby early for the arranged pick-up time. However, when the pick-up time approached, we were informed that the car had already left for the airport without us!** There was no apology or explanation for this missed pick-up. Thankfully, another driver was present in the lobby and was able to arrange alternative transportation to ensure we reached the airport on time. This incident was a stressful and concerning experience.
Overall, my stay at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel was a frustrating one. The staff's unprofessionalism, the lack of housekeeping service, the missed airport pick-up, and the initial Wi-Fi problems significantly detracted from the experience.
**In light of this experience, I would strongly advise potential guests to manage their expectations and consider alternative hotels near the airport that offer reliable airport fetching services and provide a more welcoming atmosphere.**

我们预订的接机服务也让人沮丧。我们早早到达大堂等待安排好的接机时间。然而，当接机时间临近时，我们被告知车辆已经离开机场而没有带上我们！对于这次错过的接机，没有任何道歉或解释。幸运的是，大堂里还有另一名司机，他能够安排替代交通工具，确保我们按时到达机场。这次事件让人感到紧张和担忧。
总的来说，我在凯悦奇妙酒店的住宿令人沮丧。员工的不专业、缺乏客房服务、错过的接机和初始的 Wi-Fi 问题都严重影响了体验。
**鉴于这次经历，我强烈建议潜在客人管理好自己的期望，并考虑选择机场附近的其他酒店，这些酒店提供可靠的接机服务并提供更友好的氛围。

KKarineI chose this hotel because of its location and the fact is has an indoor pool. The pool was very quiet and it allows proper lane swimming. Really good. However there was a bad smell in the room and small flies in the bathroom. The toilet flush wasn't working and it made noise the whole night. I informed the staff in the morning and they fixed it straight away. Overall, a pleasant experience especially because of the pool. In spite of the bad smell I will probably go back, hopefully my next room will be better. The sheets were really clean too.
