The check in and check out process was easy and good and fairly quick (using translator). I think everything in terms of cleanliness and amenities are what you would expect for the price. Close to the metro. We were just looking for somewhere affordable for one night as a point between Guangzhou Railway station and the Sports Arena and that is what we got. There’s no lift so something to be aware of if you need.

Super good service and support from the owner and the administrators - Sharp and Joey and the team. Very clean room with clean linen and curtains. Washrooms are clean and essentials are provided too. At this price, there’s no other hotel or home stay in Guangzhou that can top this one. Will definitely return again soon.

1. It's a bit of a walk from the Metro line and the road to the hotel can be dimmed if you past 7pm.
2. When checking in, I was standing in front of the counter but the staff were too busy looking at the computer system. I had to ask if someone can help me with checking in before getting a ”Oh, you're checking in” response. Otherwise I might as well have been a *****!
3. The room is tired, I think it needs an upgrade.
4. There're no other eateries around the area except the hotel 2 restaurants. I ordered a bowl of noodle, huge volume of noodle, lots of fats on the meat. Not healthy!
Conclusion: I'll give it a miss.

定之前看到網上很多惡評還是有點擔心的，實際入住感覺也還好吧，確實有缺點，各打五十大板綜評個4分好了
優點房間乾淨，地方也挺大的，投影可以用手機隨便投，晚上爽看5ds，服務也挺好的很耐心，確實有暖氣不過是電熱器，附近就是住宅區，購物很方便，地鐵站也很近。
缺點確實存在貨不對板，實際店面和網上登記的名字不一樣，隔音也不怎麼行，晚上睡覺被隔壁聊天吵醒

From the convenient transfer service to the warm hospitality extended by the staff, every aspect of my stay was truly remarkable.
Arrival and Check-in:
Upon booking, I contacted the hotel receptionist who promptly arranged a driver to pick me up from the airport. The transfer service was seamless, and I was pleasantly surprised when I was given a complimentary upgrade upon arrival. The hotel's lobby was immaculate, and the staff courteously showed me to my room, providing a thorough introduction to the hotel's facilities.

PPengguna Tanpa Nama**Disappointing Stay and Missed Airport Fetch at Kyriad Marvelous Hotel (Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport)**
I recently stayed at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel (Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport) for two nights. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of the positive reviews I read online, which makes me question their authenticity.
**From the very beginning, the check-in process was unpleasant.** The staff displayed a rude and unwelcoming demeanor. When they provided the initial Wi-Fi username and password, it turned out to be incorrect.
**We returned to the lobby to address the Wi-Fi issue.** Instead of simply providing the correct credentials, the staff member became impatient and took our phone to set up the connection themselves. When we politely requested the username and password for our computer, they responded with a dismissive attitude, stating they ”already set it up” and questioned why we needed the information. We explained the initial credentials were wrong, and they finally provided the correct username and password written on a piece of paper, further demonstrating their lack of courtesy.
**Housekeeping was another area of disappointment.** After our first night, we requested room service. Despite confirming our room number and promising to clean the room later, housekeeping never arrived. Returning to the hotel in the evening, we found our room untouched. We ended up having to replenish our own water bottles and toilet paper.
**The airport fetching service we booked was another source of frustration.** We arrived in the lobby early for the arranged pick-up time. However, when the pick-up time approached, we were informed that the car had already left for the airport without us!** There was no apology or explanation for this missed pick-up. Thankfully, another driver was present in the lobby and was able to arrange alternative transportation to ensure we reached the airport on time. This incident was a stressful and concerning experience.
Overall, my stay at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel was a frustrating one. The staff's unprofessionalism, the lack of housekeeping service, the missed airport pick-up, and the initial Wi-Fi problems significantly detracted from the experience.

PPengguna TetamuLocation is very convenient. Walkable distance to the river and some parks. There are plenty of places to eat at the hotel or inside the building(k11). The room was nice, better than the hotel photos. On a cloudy day you may feel yourself inside a cloud. The lights of city in the evening are especially good looking from the this hotel. I like the ambiance of this hotel. The vibe is a relaxed sophistication. The artwork in the hallways, elevators and public spaces is very nice. Sometimes, i find the public spaces and hallways of this hotel to be more beautiful than the room, haha. The room is well reserved and relaxing , whereas public spaces are more energetic. Probably, how it should be. The great asset of this hotel is all the staff. And that would be the first reason i will be back to this place. PPengguna TetamuCleanliness was fine but not spectacular. WiFi could only be accessed with a Chinese phone number, which I didn't have. Thankfully the receptionist helped me connect once (but you need the number every time you connect...).
My room was absolutely tiny with no window to the outside and no natural light. Consequently the.little bathroom area was very damp and rapidly smelly. According to the plan, about half the rooms don't have real windows. Those that do are tinted heavily.
Fine for a one night stay but not for longer.

PPengguna TetamuThis is the second time I have visited this Hotel.As always the facilities are excellent,especially the Gym,Jacuzzi,Sauna and indoor hot pool available for both genders.The personell are very hospitable.If I may give some constructive criticism, the lunch self help at the California Restaurant was a bit dissapointing.They should have more variety of meat,and fish.Last time there was Sushi available for dinner, however this time for lunch no Sushi.And lamb or pork or mutton as an extra meat dish.They should also have a dry white wine on the Wine List at a reasonable price.They can contact Me at ************************************* , and I will supply.

CChengxiqu88clean and nice remodeling. But this is not a 5 star, rather 3 to 4 star. Actually it’s a weird hotel. They completely lack the windows. The hallways are zigzagging and has a huge risk if fire breaks. I don’t know how the city government allows this kind of hotel. They turned off the heater and keep saying they turned it on. Latter they provided a space heater. I would not recommend this hotel.
