酒店工作人員不足.令到前台工作人員非常忙碌.雖然有些事情未能解決但是看見前台盡量協助.及盡量協助解決問題.所以前台服務員是滿分 第一間房間進入去觀感良好.但是因為有煙味所以要求調房.前台職員即使忙碌也即時安排.非常迅速 但第二間房看見洗手盆下面地下一氹水.但又不似漏水故此也就不再換房 整體房間空間足夠.有二人寬敞梳化.如果有一張座椅更理想 唯獨是浴室門螺絲掉了關不上.有點鬆脫有點危險.因為太夜太累了.即使前台打算即時上來協助處理.因為不打算換房故此婉拒 .只要求一卷膠紙利用垃圾膠袋阻擋當作門.前台盡量找物資給我.見得他很熱心. 升降機需要拍卡才能上.但是如果把門卡放在升降機旁邊給**自己上去就顯得不安全.即使他們未能進房.但是任何人能夠拿卡上去就已經存在隱患.不是說**的人問題.而是其他心懷不軌的人容易進出酒店樓層 另外希望能夠增加人手協助前台及清潔人員.其中有支水是他人飲過的.但明白當日人手不足.其他地方清潔沒有大問題. 去過這些類型的精品酒店.酒店早餐的選擇也可以的.房價已經包括早餐 洗衣機及跑步機放在同一房間. 如果沒有出現上述趟門及入升降機電子卡的問題.這個價格我覺得係可以的 但是如果就上述情況.價格應該下降一点. 週邊環境食肆很多即使很夜也很多食肆開.右邊行一兩分鐘就已經有便利店非常方便.右手邊就已經係一間食肆.晚上酒店門口及街上也很光
