Big TV screen probably 60 inch. Mini bar is free. They provide water boiler. Smart toilet available. Automatic curtain. Quiet enviroment. I stay in 17 floor They also provide earplug Room and towels are clean. Well maintained.

對於廣州這種大都市來説，這個公寓簡直是無敵了。臨江，每個房間都是無敵江景，枕着都市繁華的夜景入睡，你還要什麼星級酒店。所有的硬件都是開發公司原本準備買五萬塊錢一平米的精裝標準。枕頭都是一軟一硬兩款，夠貼心。位置不足，扣半顆星，周邊還有幾個樓在建，稍微有點噪音。 需要關窗户開空調。

小複式房型，樓下是公共區域有廚房衞生間小客廳，樓上是書桌和床，比想象中好很多，乾淨寬敞不侷促。窗外可以看見馬路但不臨街，關上窗後就聽不見馬路喧囂，門不算隔音，有時走廊有人説話聲音會傳進來，但二樓聽不到，不影響睡眠。地址位置很好，靠近山姆和宜家，逛街買東西方便，而且有個大冰箱，山姆買的凍品可以保鮮。還可以免費停車，出入方便。再有就是服務很好，有什麼要求可以直接微信客服，五星好評。

That while i stay in this place is really beautiful and the place is so strategic the opposite of this place is mall and alot of food court and near to MRT. Especially their service is really good they are so helpfull and so polite. I know 2 front desk people. 1 is called HELEN and other guy is really nice! 大家好！我是印尼人过来的。我希望大家不要错过来广州就要来到这个酒店又便宜又很舒服！他们服务也是很好。离酒店有商场和很多美食街离地铁站很近！感谢中国人的良心也特别感谢广州人的帮助！上帝保佑中国！❤️

前兩天我到廣州出差，入住美豪麗致酒店，本以為衹是一次平常的旅程，沒想到在這裏經歷了一場讓我無比感動的事。 抵達酒店後，我像往常一樣辦理入住，前台工作人員熱情又專業，很快就幫我安排好了房間。放好行李後，我就急忙出門去見客户，忙完一天的工作回到酒店，準備整理資料時，我發現裝着工作合同的文件袋不見了。那份合同對我來説至關重要，裏面涉及重要的合作條款和機密訊息，一旦丟失，不僅會影響項目進度，還可能給公司帶來巨大損失。 心急如焚的我立刻聯繫了酒店的客服，聲音裏都帶着顫抖和焦急。客服人員耐心地安撫我，詳細詢問了我最後一次看到文件袋的時間和地點，還迅速召集了當天在我入住前後接觸過房間和幫我搬運行李的工作人員，一起幫我回憶尋找。 酒店的工作人員迅速行動起來，保潔阿姨第一時間趕過來，仔細回憶打掃房間時是否有看到類似文件袋，並且再次返回房間，不放過任何一個角落，連床底、衣櫃縫隙都重新翻找了一遍；行李員也認真回想幫我搬運行李的過程，甚至跑到酒店門口，沿着我下車的路線一直尋找。 與此同時，酒店的安保人員查看了監控錄像，一幀一幀地仔細排查我從進入酒店到離開期間的畫面，試圖找到文件袋可能遺落的線索。他們的專注和認真讓我稍稍安心了一些，在焦急等待的過程中，我能真切感受到他們對我的事情十分上心。 大概過了一個多小時，就在我幾乎要絕望的時候，酒店工作人員興奮地告訴我，在酒店門口的花叢邊找到了我的文件袋。原來，我下車時不小心將文件袋蹭掉了，當時天色較暗，我沒有察覺。看着失而復得的合同，我激動得説不出話來，心裏滿是對酒店工作人員的感激。 為表感謝，我想給他們一些報酬，但他們堅決拒絕了，衹是笑着説這是他們應該做的，能幫到我他們也很開心。這次經歷讓我深刻感受到美豪麗致酒店不僅環境舒適、服務周到，更有着温暖人心的人文關懷。他們用實際行動詮釋了什麼叫做以顧客為中心，這樣的酒店，值得我毫無保留地推薦給每一個人。以後無論我去到哪個城市，衹要有美豪麗致酒店，它都會是我的首選。

Hotel Review: 10/10 I recently stayed at Lingang ATM Yunya Hotel, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly, professional staff who made check-in smooth and efficient. The ambiance of the hotel was both luxurious and cozy, with beautifully designed interiors and calming, elegant decor. My room was immaculate and spacious, with modern amenities and a comfortable bed that provided a great night’s sleep. The attention to detail was impressive – everything from the high-quality linens to the thoughtful touches like complimentary snacks and drinks made the stay feel special. The view from the room was breathtaking, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The hotel’s dining options were outstanding. I had breakfast and dinner at the on-site restaurant, and both meals were delicious, with a wide variety of options to cater to different tastes. The restaurant staff were attentive and knowledgeable, always ensuring I had everything I needed. Additionally, the location was perfect – close to major attractions yet in a quiet area that allowed for a peaceful night’s sleep. The concierge was incredibly helpful in offering recommendations and even arranged a memorable city tour. Overall, Lingang ATM Yunya Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Exceptional service, stunning facilities, and the little details truly made this stay unforgettable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. 10/10 – I can’t wait to return!

This hotel was nice to stay at for a few days. The location was a little far from things but not too badly. There were old men singing and yelling into microphones, but they stopped at a decent hour, luckily. The room was clean. The staff only speaks Chinese, but you can add them on Wechat to communicate. The staff let my friend and I eat McDonald's in the lobby when there was no room at the restaurant.
