The room was clean and tidy, the service was warm and attentive, the location was convenient for getting around, and check-out was efficient. Overall, a very satisfying experience~

The hotel is very nice, and the staff at reception are incredibly friendly and kind. When I arrived, one of the receptionists kindly reminded me to have breakfast in the morning. The rooms are clean and have no unpleasant smells. They do have an elevator, as well as free access to a washing machine and dryer. In the morning, you can enjoy a complimentary breakfast with a variety of meals and drinks. It’s definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Guangzhou! The only slightly challenging aspect is finding the hotel, as it’s located behind some houses. If you arrive at Renhe Station (C2), I suggest calling a DIDI to save time and energy, especially if you’re carrying luggage. Alternatively, you can walk from the station, as it’s not too far!

The newly opened hotel in May, the room layout is very compact, the facilities are really new, the bathroom is a bit small, the door is a bit cramped. The air conditioner is very quiet and sleeps well at night. But now there is decoration upstairs, there will be a little noise during the day. In addition, there is no luggage rack in the room, and the box can be placed on the ground.

The environment here is quiet and clean, and the guest rooms are cozy and comfortable. The bedding is soft and gentle on the skin, and the service is meticulous and thoughtful. I had a great experience and the value for money is outstanding. I'll definitely be back next time.

The lady at the front desk was incredibly nice and gentle. I also think the environment is great. I booked a twin room, and I found the space to be quite large, though my photo only captured one of the beds. You can search online to see, it's pretty spacious. As for the facilities, I thought the hardware was excellent – kettle, hairdryer, etc. What made me happiest was finding cotton swabs in the amenities kit after washing my hair! I really give it high praise! It's a Huazhu Hotels property! This hotel is also conveniently located very close to a subway station. Plus, there are many snacks and stalls nearby, and a really good dim sum restaurant is also in the vicinity. It's not far from attractions like Canton Tower either! I think the location is excellent as well. That's just my personal experience. Highly recommend, highly recommend, thumbs up!

The hotel is near Wushan subway station, very convenient, room Hygiene: Clean and tidy, the front desk clerk had a good attitude. My child had to go to Huazhong Agricultural University for a postgraduate reexamination the next day, so we booked two rooms. Because we needed some information temporarily, we asked the front desk to help print it out. The service colleague on duty was very enthusiastic and it was done in a short while. In addition, I left my bracelet behind after leaving the hotel, and the hotel immediately notified me to take it back. I like this hotel very much. The staff are very friendly. There are steps at the entrance of the hotel and they will help you carry them. The breakfast aunt is very nice because I have known her since I have stayed there many times and will chat with her every time.

It took me so many days to remember to leave a review! The first room was tiny, the hallway barely a crack. I only rested a bit during the day before heading to the hospital to care for someone, so I didn't come back that night. The next morning, when I returned to shower, I noticed how filthy the showerhead was. I was too exhausted, so I just rinsed off and went to sleep. In the afternoon, before heading out, I spoke to the front desk. A slightly younger staff member was quite helpful and arranged for a room change. When I returned in the evening to switch rooms, I found the new room to be quite spacious. However, the first thing I checked was the bathroom, and the showerhead was still just as dirty. What exactly is going on with this hotel's hygiene? So many negative reviews mention cleanliness issues, why can't they seem to improve? Even my own home isn't this bad. Shouldn't a hotel prioritize hygiene above all else?

For foreign travelers, it's hotel in a good location... it's located within 10 min walk to the nearest station and positioned in a residential area... Sound insulation is not great but it depends on which side you are facing. Our stay is facing on the other side fronting the Resi area so it's quite quiet and not so sure about the other side facing the main entrance... Staffs are nice, laundry and washroom available.. only downside is the wifi access requires local mobile number to get verification, which is not great! Suggest the hotel to change this system and it will surely benefit your business. Hygiene is not best but not at the unacceptable level as well... for me it's okay at the rate that I book... booking in advance will definitely help getting cheaper as I made comparison to the rate I saw at the hotel when I arrived.. Will come back and will not hesitate to book again if find out the wifi connection method is improved
