The room wasn’t ready for 45 minutes but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The dinner buffet closes at 830 and food delivery options in the area are limited however the evening canteen staff was more than friendly helpful and walked my friend and I to the Chinese restaurant on the property (closes at 9PM) and the food was absolutely amazing !

先説結論：這是我去了那麼多温泉度假酒店中服務最好的一家，沒有讓你不好意思的服務過度，服務員對於服務的分寸把握得恰到好處。或者可以説，服務員都是用心在工作，在他們的臉上看出是從心的笑容。從酒店大堂迎接小哥到大門口髮卡的保安帥哥都是這樣的感覺。 環境：沒有太突出，但是温泉池旁邊的廁所，都是非常乾淨，沒有異味沒有積水。 飲食：酒店裡那個燒烤廣場的啤酒真不錯，是挺好喝的。燒烤沒吃，就不評論了。 再説點雞蛋裡挑骨頭：如果酒店有充電樁就更完美了。

I love this hotel, located right on the lotus mountain gates, the peace and calmness make it a perfect spot to those who wants a peaceful getaway. Cozy rooms, built on huge and lovely ground. super clean, staff super helpful and friendly staff. Offer vegan menu.

這次選擇入住三英温泉度假酒店，住宿體驗方面，酒店的設施設備十分齊全且舒適。房間寬敞，裝修風格簡約而不失優雅。床鋪柔軟舒適，讓我在入住期間得到了充分的休息，酒店的衞生狀況也十分出色，讓我感到非常放心。在公共設施方面，酒店內的餐廳、健身房、游泳池等設施一應俱全，關於温泉體驗，這是這家酒店的一大亮點。温泉水質清澈，温度適宜，讓人感到非常舒適。在泡温泉的過程中，我感受到了身心的放鬆和舒緩。 服務方面，酒店的工作人員非常熱情周到。無論是前台接待、客房服務還是餐廳服務，都讓我感到非常滿意。酒店的自助餐品種選擇很多，出品精緻，味道好。這段時間還在户外大草坪設計了親子活動，很適合帶小朋友來參加。 這家温泉酒店給我留下了深刻的印象。無論是地理位置、住宿體驗、温泉體驗還是服務方面，都讓我感到非常滿意。

This is the second time visiting this hotel and every time we have enjoyed our experience. The service is great and there are a few staff who speak English. If you need help they will be called. Easy fast check in, and we were shown to our room. There are a great variety of pools which are suitable for both adults and children. Its a very relaxing environment. There is a great variety of food in the restaurant, with efficient service. On our last day we were able to check out and still use the hotsprings for a few more hours. It would be good if there was more healthy selection of breakfast cereals, as well as the treats but really everything was fantastic. We will come again!

酒店大堂及周邊很漂亮，也很安靜，白色的外立面很典雅，大堂的內部裝飾也不錯，從大堂到房間沒有電梯不是很方便，早餐不夠豐富，可以吃飽，配有桌球室和乒乓球室，價格還是偏高，性價比一般，希望下次有改進。

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. They have everything you need: 50 different pools hot springs, a waterfall view, delicious food, and the best hospitality. As a foreigner in China, sometimes it’s difficult due to language barriers, but everyone here is so polite, helpful, and friendly. From the moment I checked in, I asked if it was possible to get a waterfall view, even though the room I booked didn’t have that view. The front desk lady, Zou Yingjiao, upgraded my room. She speaks English very well and was incredibly helpful. As a foreigner travelling for a short stay, we didn’t have a car for sightseeing nearby, and she helped arrange one for us. When it was time to check out, she gave me six pieces of fruit. I had trouble with a Didi driver, and she immediately came outside to help me deal with the driver and translate. She is amazing. Regarding the food, I stayed for two days with breakfast and dinner included. The first day’s dinner was a buffet, and everything exceeded my expectations. On the second day, since there weren’t many guests booked for dinner, there was no buffet, but they still provided a great variety of food and accommodated my special request for no pork. This was even better than the buffet since they could customize it to my taste and needs. The supervisors, Pen Zi Shi and Liu Min Fang, explained the ingredients and ensured everything met my satisfaction for the breakfast and dinner. Big thanks to these three ladies and others. My stay wouldn’t have been so wonderful without your assistance.

The hotel and the location are outstanding. Just a remark about the buffet at night and the breakfast, the food is too local for this kind of hotel rate. for that night price (1200+ RMB), I would appreciate a more ”fresh” night buffet” and a more balanced ” asian / foreigner breakfast”. coffee is good, juice is processed, asian food is like an average buffet, foreigner side has just basic bread. If you're looking to stay in this very nice hotel, just eat outside. Hot spring is also very nice, many choice of pools.

1.衞生條件真的超出想象，每個角落都沒灰層，空腳走路都覺得乾淨。 2.店主自住加民宿的模式，看的出他們很用心的在經營，裏面的花花草都看的出傾注不少心思。 3.環境舒適，雨後的空氣更加的清新，住的不想走哈哈😃 4.店主和狗狗都很熱情，狗狗還會隔空打招呼😃 下次有機會一定再住一次。
