I called the front desk to report the problem and asked a master to deal with the water leakage, but I did not get effective feedback. Hygiene: When checking in, a hair was found on the chair next to the table in the room, a hair was found on the glass shelf in the shower, and there were liquid stains on the floor next to the window and the TV cabinet. When I went downstairs on the morning of the day of departure, there was red unknown liquid suspected to be blood in the elevator and on the floor of the elevator entrance on the eighth floor. When I went upstairs five minutes later, the hotel still did not clean it, and the hotel did not give an explanation. Environment: There are many uncovered foods in the hotel's breakfast with flies staying. I took a boiled egg and opened it. There was a peculiar smell. The egg white inside was hard and shrunk. It should not be the food of the day but was repeatedly heated. Service: Because I arrived early that day, the front desk provided an empty room for early check-in according to demand. I stayed there for two consecutive days. The room was 327/night when I booked it on the morning of the first day, but it was reduced to 266/night in the evening. The price issue has been submitted to Ctrip for processing and the price difference has been refunded, but the hotel's behavior is really dishonest. This is the first time I have encountered a hotel with such a bad experience. Every point mentioned is true!
