The cleanliness and environment were satisfactory, and free parking was a definite plus. The only minor drawback was the traffic congestion at the intersection when entering or exiting. However, the hotel itself is very good. It would be even better if the price were a little lower.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! Mary provided wonderfully attentive service. The area is brimming with great dining options; you'll find plenty of lovely restaurants within just a few steps. Being so close to the subway station also makes getting around incredibly convenient. It's truly ideal for both business travelers and tourists alike. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to the area!

The room was spacious and bright, with a well-designed layout, and all facilities were kept very clean. Complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea for two were also provided. The breakfast was delicious, though the milk and yogurt were a slight letdown – my student speculated this might be linked to a corporate assistance program for the Northwest region. Although the afternoon tea led to a delay in our check-out, the hotel was kind enough to extend our key card access, and the front desk staff apologized.

The room still had a lingering smell of renovation. The shower leaked into the bathroom. The delivery robot felt rudimentary and wasn't user-friendly; it even misplaced items in the wrong compartment during delivery. The hairdryer, which required constant hand pressure to operate, was very impractical, so I had to request a regular one from the front desk.

I had a great stay this time. The room was spacious and bright, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very peaceful stay. They also thoughtfully sent us the hotel's location before check-in, which made it so much easier to find.

My child was particularly thrilled with the room's decor. At check-out, Mary even surprised him with a small toy airplane, which completely made his day! The bathtub was another delightful surprise. Highly recommended!

On this return visit, I was pleased to discover the front desk had relocated from the 23rd floor to the 1st, making check-in incredibly convenient! Mary was also very thoughtful and assigned me a room with a great orientation. My stay was exceptionally comfortable, and the overall experience was truly wonderful.

Very convenient hotel to visit the Canton Fair. It's about 30 minutes by walk from the Fair complex but the hotel offers a bus service to/from the Fair. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the food is regular. The price is not cheap but it's acceptable compared to the other hotels near the Fair.

My stay was quite unpleasant. Immediately after arriving in the room, the front desk called. I was on a work call and couldn't answer, but they called three more times within minutes. When I finally picked up, it was just to inform me that the room included a complimentary breakfast. Additionally, the bathroom light was motion-activated, and merely walking by would illuminate the entire room. This was incredibly harsh on the eyes and significantly disturbed the sleep of anyone else in the room.
