It’s a pity.. cause location is very good , but the apartment is very dirty: The slippers literally stick to the floor, they just make the bed for the next guest, but the apartment hasn't been cleaned in a long time; the furniture is very old and in a state of absolute neglect, there's an occasional sewer smell, very unpleasant.

I was so please with the stay it was amazing and the view was very nice for me

Not really a hotel, more like serviced apartments. Difficult entry, no service desk, not a high standard. Rooms are old and not that clean, not fresh, rough. Has many features, but unlikely to use. Does not have all the regular hotel features and facilities you would expect. I didn't get the room I booked, then changed the room again, and then cancelled after the first night. My room became filled with a terrible smell from outside of the room, not tolerable. My contact person was accommodating and tried their best, but I would not recommend this accommodation, sorry.

After staying one night, I really didn't want to stay any longer. The cleanliness was terrible. It felt like they just mopped the floor and changed the beds. No corners felt clean, and there were even a few bugs on the floor. The facilities were very unique, but the game console didn't work, and the projection was blurry, almost like a decoration. There are many foreigners living in this building, and there is a seafood street outside the hotel. The whole building was filled with the salty smell of seafood. The experience was terrible.

The sanitation service is very good, and there is a self-service password lock, which is very important for personal privacy. The sanitation is also very good, I like it very much
