Element Guangzhou Baiyun

This is my first time staying at an Element hotel, though I have stayed at several other Marriott properties. I'm disappointed with the hotel's service standards; my room is dusty and poorly maintained. I understand that the hotel is young, but if the general stay rate is high, the management should take action. The front office staff is likewise undertrained, and some of them are intimidating. The staff has no idea what you can do in GZ, so plan ahead of time. However, the concierge staff is more courteous and willing to assist than the front desk. Hopefully, they can reaccess and train the front desk, as they are the first point of contact and it will create an impression for the hotel. Element and Four Points shared the same gym and swimming pool. The guest rooms are large and roomy, but keep in mind that the hotel does not provide hair conditioner; instead, they use a two-in-one hair shampoo and conditioner, which I dislike; fortunately, I had my own. The hotel environment is extremely relaxing and pleasant at night, and it is a short walk to the subway. Three Marriott hotels share the same park and are connected by a covered walkway. The metro station is conveniently located near several attractions, such as Beijing Lu Street, which is only 7 stations away, and Gongyuanli, where the apparel wholesale market is just 4 stations away.

Fantstic hotel with amazing territory, breakfast and views. There is a lobby with good restaurant and bar on the first floor. . Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed (disaster)

Very grand modern and nice hotel. Buffet place is huge with plenty of seatings and the spread is marvelous, best throughout my guangdong trip. Subway is 10 mins away if you cut through Sheraton and Marriott hotel. No shops around but if you intend to do light cooking, induction stove and microwave and full utensils provided in the room. No bathtub but I love the shower, rain shower pressure is strong and can relax by siting down while showering. Bed is comfy but pillow is a bit soft. Bedroom amenities fully equipped. Need more hanging place. Didn’t go to the swimming pool as it looks like it’s at another building. Very comfy for one night stay. There is a room in the Lobby serving free coffee and tea and you can get some snacks and drinks there. Met a friendly China guy who happened to stay in AMK 😂

I Loved this Hotel! The view of my room was amazing, It's clean and beautiful. You can take the metro to go to the center, and you have a beautiful neighbourhoods and Bars near the Hotel. I didn't have the breakfast to rate it, but for me it was 10/10 all my stay on this hotel. Thank you!

Fantastic hotel and hotel location. Warning: swimming pools don't open until May 1st!!! We were there in the middle of April and it was 32°C outside, but the pool wasn't open...

This hotel is very far from canton fair, the room we booked was totally different than they show online.
