Overall, the stay is average. Hotel has tried to make guest well served, but the insulation of wall or glass could be improved, otherwise guests who can't sleep probably will not be happy. Some disposable earplugs may help some needed guest if hotel put some in the room.

I like the soft bed. Not so far from the activity hall I’m going to. The price is cheap but it’s more than what you expect. The receptionists are very welcoming and polite. There’s also laundry room and I was able to wash my clothes from my previous trip and iron the clothes I need to wear for the meeting. My son said that there’s not much for the breakfast but at least they offer because the price is really cheap but the room is clean. One thing need to improve is the towels—— it’s quite dusty—- clean but dusty.

This hotel is excellent place to stay in Guangzhou. Rooms are super clean and comfortable. The view from the room we stayed was great! Breakfast was tasty as well as the afternoon snacks. All the staff at hotel specially receiptionist are so humble, friendly and helpful. And the bonus point is the location right besides the Wuyangcun metro station. It’s highly recommended!

The hotel was located within a building. Easy access via underground train and plenty of nice food around. Only issue is payment! Wechat pay was not able to process a full amount and we have to make multiple payments. Staff was helpful and friendly.

I don't think it has a right to earn 9.4 stars There was a bad smell, no windows, bad lobby No cupboard, no safe, dingy and dark We booked 2 rooms but stayed in 1 as was not feeling secure Surprised it was marketed as mercure (this is not mercure standards)

I went to US consulate in Guangzhou for Visa interview. Very recommended for this hotel. 1. Perfect location. Direct from airport to Metro station 10mt from hotel. Just like hotel above metro station New Town Wuyangcun. 2. Price reasonable or even cheap for that room and location. 3. Clean, nice room. The only negatif is outside view is not easy to find. Just like apartemen doesn't recognized there is hotel inside.

Very good personnel, near center, but rooms not clean, smoke smell and hotel in apartment complex. Hotel is literally in 3 floor of apartment.

Location is good very near to the metro station Room cleaning is average, sometimes I found cups after room cleaning not cleaned and the bed was not made up there is clothes washing maand dryer in addition to steam iron
