I had a wonderful stay at Mercure Guangzhou and would like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire team. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating a pleasant and relaxing environment throughout my visit. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive, always willing to assist with a warm smile. I would especially like to commend the Front Office Manager, who was incredibly attentive, approachable, and genuinely caring throughout my stay. Their warm hospitality, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile made me feel truly welcomed and valued as a guest. I was also impressed by the hotel's convenient location, quality facilities, and excellent breakfast selection. Every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations.

The room was excellent, and its proximity to Beijing Road Pedestrian Street made getting around incredibly convenient. The subway was also nearby, and both shopping and tourist attractions were within easy reach. There's a laundry room and gym on the 30th floor, which is a great bonus. I highly recommend staying here; the staff and front desk were very welcoming and helpful.

The location is excellent, within walking distance of Beijing Road Pedestrian Street, restaurants, shopping, and major attractions. The rooms were modern, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The breakfast selection was also very good, offering a nice variety of both local and international options. What truly made this stay special was the exceptional service provided by Xiao Ding from the Front Office team. From the moment I arrived, Xiao Ding was professional, friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to assist. Whether it was helping with directions, transportation arrangements, or ensuring that my stay was comfortable, the service was consistently outstanding. Xiao Ding’s warm hospitality created a lasting positive impression and reflects very highly on the hotel. The entire team was courteous and welcoming, making me feel at home throughout my stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Guangzhou and will gladly recommend it to friends, family, and business associates. The hotel's location is excellent, the service is top-notch, and the staff are very welcoming. The hotel was thoroughly cleaned and very tidy. It was a satisfying trip. The facilities are comprehensive; the self-service washing machines in the laundry room on the 30th floor were very convenient. The overall environment was very comfortable.

Great location, very convenient for getting around, and plenty of good food nearby. Beijing Road is also a famous pedestrian street, super awesome! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It's a Huazhu hotel, so the style is pretty consistent with their other properties.

Everything about my stay was pretty good, especially the location. Being on Beijing Road is really convenient, and it's quite close to the subway station too. The front desk staff, and everyone really, was very welcoming and enthusiastic.

The hotels location is excellent, right on bating Road there’s a laundry room and a gym on the 30th floor and the front desk. Staff member ting ting provides outstanding service. The rooms are clean tidy and well maintained highly recommended.

The rooms are spacious and bright with excellent soundproofing perfect for a restful night sleep it’s conveniently located near public transportation, and the staff member team provides outstanding service always ready to assist this hotel delivers exceptional value highly recommend recommended to all my friends.

Great location, footsteps to pedestrian street and lots of restaurants/shops. Upon check in we met Pan Pan( 潘潘), she was amazing in getting us settled and gave us recommendations on food/activities. Despite us not speaking Chinese, she made it smooth. I would recommend this hotel.

The room facilities were complete and comfortable, and it was spotlessly clean. There were also many great places to eat and fun things to do nearby. The front desk staff were very friendly and even recommended interesting places to visit. The location is excellent! 👍🏻

Very enjoyable stay. The staff were extremely courtesy. When needed help with ******* and taobao, they offered advices. All my taobao and ******* came. The rooms were clean. The things were top up immediately when used. The location is superb. Food, shopping and necessities are nearby. The lady staff, 潘雪梅 assisted to arrange taobao pick up and called the delivery when the taobao did not come. She also assisted to arrange transport to airport. When she realized our flight was at 7pm, she offered to give us late check out at 2pm. I really appreciate the service by all the staff.
