This was my first time staying at an Atour Hotel. I was in Guangzhou visiting friends, and I think the long journey by car made me feel a bit nauseous. Right after checking into my room, I suddenly felt dizzy, had stomach pains, and generally felt unwell. Being alone in the hotel, I instantly felt panicked and helpless. I decided to contact the front desk, just to try. The staff immediately offered warm reassurance and rushed to my room with warm water, emergency medicine, and a heat pack. They looked after me meticulously, took my temperature, and even brought a bowl of warm plain congee, worried about me taking medicine on an empty stomach. They stayed by my side like family, patiently comforting and caring for me, and even helped me contact my friends. They were gentle and thorough throughout, staying until my symptoms eased and I was comfortably asleep. My trip, which had been disrupted by feeling unwell, instead became incredibly warm thanks to the thoughtful care from the Atour team. This first stay, where I received such heartfelt care at my most helpless, made me feel at home and safe in a foreign city. It truly made me remember this hotel with a heart. Next time I'm in Guangzhou, I will definitely stay here again, and I'm very grateful for the hotel staff's help.

The room had excellent soundproofing, making it very quiet. The bathroom was also great, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

The bedding in the room was comfortable, and the surrounding transportation was convenient. Check-in and check-out were very quick. Overall, a good review!

They have a delivery robot, and there's a subway entrance right downstairs which is really convenient. Plus, the hotel offers free parking.

The hotel facilities were very comprehensive, and the soundproofing was excellent. The hot water temperature was sufficient. Upon check-in, I was offered tea, and the check-in process was very fast. The hotel environment was warm, comfortable, and pleasant. Parking in the underground garage was very convenient for self-driving. I highly recommend staying here.

This hotel truly has a heart. We were in Guangzhou for just one day for my child's exam, and the hotel was very close to the test center. We arrived at 2:30 AM, and I was so touched by the hotel's thoughtful service.
