Penyambut tetamu memanggil dan mengingatkan saya pemindahan lapangan terbang 20 minit sebelum berlepas ke lapangan terbang.

It's a long walk to the commercial area and there are not much restaurants and shop at the area. You really have to walk far... The free dinner is just some Congee snack... Nothing of interest. The breakfast was typical Chinese breakfast... The Dimsum was not good. Lots of vegetable dishes, egg counter. I would say below par. The rooms are very modern and spacious. Like their slippers. The front desk is most helpful. Thank you so much. The airport send off and pickup were greatly appreciated.

Excellent customer service, extremely helpful front of desk and other hotel staff. Rooms were large and clean and modern. Room were equipped with lots of basic amenities and free bottled water. Breakfast was superb, supper also provided and was ok. Free laundry service and basic gym. Only improvement was staff to be able to speak Cantonese and English, all spoke mainly mandarin with a few fluent in Cantonese.

Best service period. My wife left the phone in taxi and the taxi driver try to extort 500 rmb to get it back. But the manager manage to negotiate until 1 am for it to get it by cost of 160 rmb Amazing customer service

Love it! As a traveler , this boutique hotel is definitely a good choice 1. Very near to Baiyun Airport Guangzhou 15mins drive 2. Very clean and comfortable hotel 3. Many restaurants nearby 4. Great counters and convenient check-in Plus points 5. Their shampoo & conditioners are way too good. Very good quality. And using very good hair dryer too. 6. They serve drip-coffee bags! With very quality pour over kettle! 7. Above average teas with decent tea-set. 8. Friendly screen-mirror to their 75inc tv. This truly makes my day . Will book again.

The service of the hotel is great. The front desk staff is very helpful and professional. The breakfast had a big selection of food & tasty. The facilities are clean, especially love the free laundry service.

The breakfast was just fair but nothing special. The free dinner buffet is Nothing to be excited about. You rather eat out.. believe me. The location is very isolated from the commercial establishment. It is really a long walk... Especially if you are brining your luggage to the subway... Do not bother... Just take a taxi... The front desk people are helpful

Good location. Just 10 mins drive from the airport. Good hotel for overnight stay if you arrived in the night. The hotel also offers free shuttle to/from the airport.

Convenient location 15 mins to airport. Free hourly shuttle bus. Spacious rooms, clean. Friendly front desk staff. Breakfast quality can be better. Overall good value for money
