Ini adalah kali kedua saya menginap di hotel dan saya sangat berpuas hati dengan perkhidmatan kakitangan hotel. Dia sangat profesional dan mempunyai sikap yang mesra dan peramah. Saya sangat kagum dengan layanannya, terutamanya apabila menangani masalah saya, dia dapat membuat keputusan dengan cepat dan menyelesaikannya. Kakitangan perkhidmatan yang lain juga sangat baik. Kami tiba lewat untuk sarapan pagi dan beberapa buah telah hilang. Mereka membawa yang baru kepada kami, yang membuatkan saya berasa seperti di rumah. Setelah beberapa hari tinggal di Guangzhou, saya telah menukar beberapa hotel dan hanya yang ini sahaja yang memuaskan. Apabila petugas penerimaan tetamu melihat saya membawa anak-anak saya untuk mendaftar masuk, mereka mengambil inisiatif untuk menyediakan peralatan mandian kanak-kanak untuk kami. Mereka takut kami tidak akan berehat dengan baik dan mengambil inisiatif untuk mengatur tingkat tinggi untuk kami. Bilik yang lebih senyap. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. While the location isn’t ideal for walking, everything is just a short 3km taxi ride away. The property is spotless, located in a very quiet area, and offers great amenities including a small gym and a laundry room with professional-grade washing machines—free of charge. The reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful. One of the girls not only directed me to all the local shops and amenities but also signed for a parcel on my behalf. I was kindly offered a late checkout and a complimentary transfer to the airport, which was a fantastic bonus. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The hotel was amazingly accommodating. I brought 3 CATS with me and the hotel staff helped me with everything. They knew what they were doing at check-in and even gave me a disposable litter box and litter on arrival. Xiao Yu (小玉） was so nice, she gave me Chinese traditional snacks and helped me set up the shuttle ride to the airport. She even had me use their private van to go to the airport because of my 3 cats! I plan to stay there again!

Service is very customer-oriented. I arrived at airport and Jerry(Gerry?) via wx was very good at ensuring the pick up is smooth. Car is also very new and clean. The next day, I went to Guangzhou and reception was super-accommodating in letting me take the car which had passengers going to the airport, so I can take the airport MRT to town. On return, 張洁 was incredibly helpful in arranging for the driver to bring my luggage stored in the hotel to the airport to meet me. Such high-level service is not even available at the Ritz-Carlton or Grand Hyatt. This is a super hotel because, among its many other attributes, it has unparallelled service.

Room was clean, the hotel smell nice from the lobby . Breakfast had several options. I had to work in the evening and early morning and the room design was very comfortable to accommodate my needs.

Spacious canteen, 10 out of 10 for buffet breakfast with toast, yogurts, Chinese and western foods, dimsum, noodles, sausages and bacon, salads and fruits all thrown in one. There was a simple 2pm to 4pm high tea with tiny sarnies, spring rolls, and cakes and to throw it all into one package, it came with a 24 unlimited drinking bar for Tea's, coffee and milk (no sodas) Kids were at the drink bar all day long, too. Had a tiny arcade machine, internet access, with a iMac for use, and a printer too. Oh, yeah! Reminder that Whatsapp, FB and YT doesn't work over there. Go visit the nearby Waterpark instead!

Location, cleanliness and other facilities were indeed good. However, there was a huge problem for internet connectivity through hotel's wi-fi. Hotel staff were including external technical service providers were not able to solve the technical problem and I was with out any external communication for one full day. More over, hotel staff were not good in English listening and English speaking, this added the difficulty in communication.

Maybe one of the best hotel in Baiyun! There is also a Chinese Restaurant name Jin Tang Chun Xiang connected to the hotel’s that serve fantastic Chinese Cuisine. The services in restaurant will make you feel like you are having your meal in a Fine Dining Restaurant. The foods and the services in the restaurant is the best I had experience when in Guangzhou. Thank you Rory and Icy for making my stay wonderful!

This hotel is fantastic and we would stay there time and time again. With a very warm family feel and great decor. The room amenities are excellent with really comfortable beds. The rooms feel luxurious. Staff is so helpful and friendly. If you are an English speaker, a translator app would be helpful. We chose this to be convenient to the airport. We were not intending to do any shopping. We used the airport transport service three times as we all had different flights. It was fabulous and FREE - amazing! Top marks Home2 Suites by Hilton. 😇😇

Very nice hotel to stay (very quite at night). Very good customer service. I remember a customer service (余晶）very patient to show me how to use China App to search for tourist attractions, DD (taxi) and etc... By the way, the hotel also provide free laundry and drying machine for customer (self-service). Overall, customer service are very helpful. Thumbs up
