Hi tech equipment ，best friendly service , breakfast is good,because the location is a bit of quiet so it is better to book with breakfast, a hidden gem in my home town!

The hotel is very hidden in a designer park, near to zhu jiang river, but there is no tourist spot or trsin station nearby, walking to nearest train station will be 15-20mins, surrounding no much food or leisure place. Good thing is quiet. Fruit is served when you check in and went into room. The breakfast at roof top view was wow. Nearby tourists attraction by taxi is Shamian Island.

Hotel location is quite secluded, 10 mins walk to nearest MRT station. We booked three rooms for four nights. Conceirge staff are very warm and welcoming. Special commendations for excelllent service to 石小姐 at check in and Trainee 小赵. Both of them are patient and sincere in providing utmost assistance to us and our fellow travelers. Housekeeping staff are also very kind and smiley, the rooms are cleaned very well daily during our stay. Daily breakfast is adequate and tasty, Chef and 阿姨mending the noodle stations are very friendly and helpful too. Will certainly return to stay. Thanks Yatland

We visited Guangzhou for the 135th Canton Fair and stumbled upon this gem of a hotel after struggling with choosing a hotel for weeks before our arrival. My colleague and i had an awesome stay. We were a bit nervous driving into the complex where the hotel is located however we were pleasantly surprised . The hotel looks newly renovated and the lobby ambience is beautiful. The staff at the reception were also very nice and helpful no matter what time of the day or night it is. The rooms are also very modern and clean, with a Chinese “Alexa” to open the windows , take the lights off and on and turn on the smart TV that you can connect your mobile phone to. The bathroom has a nice big shower and a nice self functioning toilet with heating and automatic flushing after use. The only downside was the breakfast because as foreigners there weren’t as much options but if you’re not a picky eater then the breakfast won’t matter. The hotel offers free laundry and a space to workout which is a definitely a plus and also food ordered from outside the hotel is delivered in the adorable robot. Overall 9.8 out of 10 we really enjoyed our stay. Special thanks to 黄先生 manager for going out of his way to assist us in getting our mobile phone back after it was left in the taxi , thank you so much your dedication and service you were exceptional. Also to 赵先生 bellhop / receptionist , special thanks to you too!!! No matter what time of the day once you were at work, you were always there to help so thank you your service was refreshing. PS sorry for no pictures of the room but I can say truthfully that the pictures posted are the actual pictures of the room.

I was a bit skeptical about the hotel's location as we made numerous turns to get there. However, upon entering, I was pleasantly surprised – it truly embodied the saying 'Never judge a book by its cover.' The manager and staff warmly greeted us and helped with our luggage. Our room was clean and modern, featuring smart technology like self-opening curtains and sensor-equipped toilets. Although I expected the shower to have similar features, it didn't. The staff, particularly the manager and butler, were exceptional. The only downside for me was the breakfast, which didn't quite suit my taste as a non-Chinese visitor, but it would be fine for less picky eaters. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Guangzhou, China. The outstanding staff, perfect rooms, and cleanliness make it a 9/10 for me, with the only drawback being the breakfast. I would definitely return if I ever come back to China.

酒店周邊距離景點都不遠，附近還可以坐輪渡過去黃沙逛逛，很喜歡大堂的設計，房間還有智能小度控制房間設備，並且還能無線充電，餐廳有一個露天可以看到一整片珠江，如果天氣沒那麼熱的話還可以坐着悠閑的喝喝茶，聊聊天～

先説缺點：地址不是在沙麪島上，是在對面的芳村，要過江，創意園內部路比較複雜有點難找。這一點酒店應該和客人講清楚。 再説優點：裝修比較新，房間內設施比較貼心，有智能化小度，馬桶，飲料礦泉水全部免費，物料也用的比較好，細節上能看出經營者很用心，就這個價位來説非常值了，總體來説入住還是很舒服的。

房間裡的全人工智能實在太好用了，小度播放音樂，開關冷氣電燈窗簾，還可以跟我對話，馬桶自動開蓋沖水，超級方便的。這兒的員工服務態度非常熱心主動，衣服可以請他們幫忙洗好烘好，很方便。露台風景不錯，可以將江景盡入眼底。 酒店地理位置接近廣東美術館白鵝潭區，我就說為了看展方便來住這裡的，走三分鐘就到。其他區域打車也很方便便宜，環境安靜，下次來廣州，首選還是這裡。

被子有血跡，沒洗乾淨；龍頭臟兮兮的；牙具被拆過，酒店未更換；空調有問題，設定26度，一直在23度猛吹。關鍵酒店女服務員各種辯解，沒服務意識，沒改正態度，垃圾酒店！

深夜一碗麪:這一碗麪，特別值得，尤其是在六層遠望夜景這碗麪太值了。 雙人下午茶:非常細心下午茶準備還特意問我們喜歡的飲品是什麼服務到位。 環境：酒店裡麪的環境非常好，有設計感，但是位置交通一般，如果有車的話還算方便樓下就有停車位。剛剛碰上對面裝修。
