Newly renovated hotel located near Grandview mall, Parc central. Plenty of restaraunts nearby. Free coffee every morning.

Cons: It’s quite a long walk from the popular malls although it’s within Tian He. The hotel is located at a small industrial alley, above a delivery hub, hence could be noisy at times. There was renovation throughout my stay hence constant noise. I would suggest hotel to indicate that in the listing so that travellers who want a good rest can avoid. The toilet was clogged on my 2nd day & we had to change to 2nd room. Overall hotel is very small without a proper lobby or common area. They encourage guests to rate 5 stars review to extend check out time. Pros: Overall still happy with the room. It’s new and not too small and aesthetic. Also quite pleasant customer service team who looks after our luggage (tho no enhanced security) and able to attend to our requests timely.

Hotel is really nicely furnished, fancy room and toilet. Was ungraded to a room with window if I gave a review. There’s free coffee at the reception. Served by hotel staff employee number 01 who’s friendly and helpful. Only minus point about the place is that there was repeated loading and unloading sounds from the shop below at around 6:30am-8+. Was hoping to sleep in but woken up by these sounds. You should wear an earpiece to sleep.

We stayed at Feno hotel on our one night stay in Guangzhou. We were after an affordable but comfortable room in a good location and the hotel gave us this! The rooms were clean and modern with all the necessary amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful despite the language barrier. Translate apps were all we needed and minimal fuss to check-in and check out! 06 staff was very kind in helping explain the hotel workings and also allowing us to leave our bags after we checked out. Again, excellent service all around. The location was very convenient as we were only a short walk from several metro stations nearby which were well connected to both the historic sites in the city and also the nightlife. Would recommend this hotel for anyone travelling for a short city break or solo travelling for longer! Very happy with our time at Feno hotel.

I booked the windowless room and would recommend an upgrade if possible; the lack of circulation causes the room to become humid and stuffy after more than one day. The cleanliness is decent but wish it was a bit better for the price. Sound proofing is also just ok. Service was great—very friendly staff.

Enjoyed my time at the hotel, it was clean and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and helpful, and the 01 front desk service is good!
