What I like about the room is that they have separate toilet and bathroom and washing basin is located outside the toilet .. it’s more time efficient when 2 friends are staying in the room I also like fragrance of the shower foam , shampoo and conditioner provided The hotel is generous with mineral water and available for takeaway at lift lobby

I opted for this hotel for an overnight stopover as I was heading to South Station the next day. Its prime location, just a five to six-minute drive from Guangzhou South Station, was perfect. The hotel kindly upgraded my room, and it was sparkling new! The in-room smart technology was impressive. The complimentary laundry service was incredibly convenient, and my clothes came out smelling wonderful! The beef brisket noodles for breakfast were delicious. What truly surprised me was how sophisticated Huazhu Group hotels have become – so much so that when I visited the St. Regis Macau the next day and saw its somewhat dated rooms, I actually found myself wishing I was back at the South Station Intercity Hotel! 😂

The room was very clean and quite spacious at 50 square meters. The kids were really engrossed playing at the activity table! The minibar even stocked imported milk. Overall, our stay was more comfortable than at many established 5-star hotels. For breakfast, the rice noodle rolls, noodles, and rice vermicelli were all excellent.

Amenities: German-style mini-bar, including 1 bottle of Erdinger beer and 1 can of Sprite/soda water. Cleanliness: Spotless. Room/Environment: Excellent, the room was very spacious and comfortable. Service: Excellent. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options.

I picked this hotel right by the South Station as I had to catch a train the following day. Before check-in, the front desk called to inquire about my needs, which was a really thoughtful gesture. The room amenities were smart and user-friendly, the cleanliness was impeccable, and it was relatively quiet at night, allowing for a peaceful sleep. Breakfast offered a great variety, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. My only minor discomfort was that the air conditioning in the lobby and on the guest floors was set quite low; I found it a bit chilly when wearing a short-sleeved shirt. Overall, it's a high-quality hotel that I would definitely recommend.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just a 10-minute drive from Guangzhou South Railway Station. The hotel itself is new, spotlessly clean, and comfortable. It offers ample parking, making it very accommodating for guests traveling by car. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

This was an amazing hotel with fantastic staff. Check in was quick and easy. Service was incredible. The room was very spacious with everything that you need. I was surprised to see extra amenities that you typically do not see such as shoe polish and a scale. A lot of included items in the room rate! We had a free minibar and a fruit bowl. Staff were super helpful when we ordered takeout and had it delivered to our room via robot. 10/10! Would stay here again and recommend! Staff was amazing, helped us move our luggage to our 滴滴 and also provided us water (with a carry bag) on the way out.

Extremely satisfied! The front desk staff kindly offered a complimentary room upgrade. The hotel's decor is very grand and elegant, and everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were exceptionally polite, always greeting guests proactively, even when simply passing in the elevator. Not only was the bottled water in the room complimentary, but all the drinks and beer in the mini-bar were also free. Complimentary bottled water was also readily available at the elevator entrances on every floor. Overall, their commitment to excellent service is truly impressive. Breakfast offered a great balance of both Chinese and Western options. The hotel is conveniently located very close to Guangzhou South Station, within easy walking distance. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

We stayed here for our trip to Chimelong Guangzhou. The location is quite convenient, not far from both the high-speed rail station and Chimelong. It's about a 20-minute drive to Chimelong and roughly a 15-minute walk to Guangzhou South Railway Station. Breakfast was decent. Interestingly, takeout orders were delivered by a robot. The front desk staff provided good service. Our room was quite spacious, featuring amenities like a slide and a small pool table. The bathroom, vanity, and wardrobe areas were well-planned and spacious, with excellent wet and dry separation. However, the view from my room wasn't ideal. Below the window was what appeared to be an abandoned construction site, seemingly left unfinished. As it was just after summer, it was overgrown with weeds and looked quite desolate, making for an unappealing sight.

A truly wonderful experience! The room was spotless and well-appointed, boasting unbeatable city views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. It also featured a TV and mini-fridge, perfect for enjoying a drink while watching a movie. The breakfast was delicious too. The hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive. Next time I'm in the vicinity of the South Station, I'll definitely make Intercity my top choice. I'd give it more than five stars!

I rarely leave reviews, but this time, this hotel absolutely deserves a 6-star rating! The attention to detail in the room design is incredibly thoughtful. The bedding, mattress, and pillows are all supremely comfortable. The air conditioning is whisper-quiet, on par with a high-end Daikin unit. The room boasts excellent soundproofing, and the shower water pressure is consistently stable. What's more, in 'sleep mode,' all lights and switches in the room automatically turn off. For anyone who requires a truly dark room, this hotel is a no-brainer. The hotel breakfast is extensive and absolutely delicious. From now on, this will undoubtedly be my go-to hotel whenever I visit Guangzhou. It's genuinely rare to find a hotel where every single detail is so meticulously handled and perfect.

Facilities: The hotel offers modern facilities and an elegant atmosphere. Cleanliness: Housekeeping was superb; our room was cleaned daily, and all supplies were promptly replenished. The staff were also very kind and always greeted us warmly. Service: The service from the staff was absolutely fantastic, truly beyond words! Our entire family was extremely pleased with our choice of hotel for this trip. Dining: The breakfast selection was rich and of excellent quality.

Our room was brand new, and its style was fantastic. The service was exceptionally warm and friendly. As for facilities, I absolutely adored the bidet toilet, and having a De'Longhi kettle was a lovely touch. I also really enjoyed the beer from the minibar.
