I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is absolutely fantastic—just a short 10-minute walk to the bustling Beijing Road Tourism area, making it perfect for sightseeing and exploring. It's also conveniently located near Gongyuanqian exit I2, so getting to the hotel from the subway is a breeze. Plus, there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and services nearby, which makes it super convenient.
Another great feature is the washing machine and dryer facilities, available in the hotel for guest use. Even better, washing powder is included, which made doing laundry so much easier and more convenient during my stay. It was a nice touch that saved me a trip to the store!
The staff were generally friendly, but I did encounter a small issue with my room. In room 8329, the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. There was no air coming out, which made the room feel very stuffy and uncomfortable. However, after contacting the night shift reception, they were quick to resolve the issue. Not only did they move me to another room, but they also upgraded me to a better one, which was much appreciated.
I also want to give a special mention to the housekeeping staff, who were incredibly friendly and helpful. One of the housekeepers made an effort to try and fix the air conditioning before I moved rooms, which I really appreciated.
Overall, the hotel’s prime location, helpful staff, convenient laundry facilities (with washing powder included), and prompt problem resolution made for a very enjoyable stay. I’d definitely consider returning!
