Jawapan daripada Pihak Penginapan: 尊敬的貴賓，首先非常抱歉沒能帶給您滿意的入住體驗。我們酒店距離廣州塔約3公里的距離（打車10分鐘以內），如果不是在廣州塔1公里範圍以內且無其他建築遮擋，不然是看不到廣州塔的。酒店地處琶洲CBD，周邊是小米、TCL、歐派、歐萊雅等大型公司，而且距離廣州塔、萬佳廣場、琶醍啤酒街、太古滙等遊玩地點都非常方便（廣州太大了，如果是步行，車多路多，確實不方便的）。關於您提到的窗户問題，您預訂的是無窗房，其他像高級大、品茗大、景觀大都是有窗户的（內窗或景觀落地窗），可能無窗的房型您住的不太習慣，覺得有點壓抑。總之非常遺憾未能讓您滿意，期待您的下次光臨！
