Great location. Walking distance to shopping street and restaurants. A street away from the river. Host is quick to response and checkin is smooth. Room is equipped and clean. Will stay here again.

Convenient location, short walk to Beijing Road. Surrounded by entertainment and good food. The staff is very helpful.

For the price paid, the apartmrnt was well worth it. The attached bathroom in one room was not draining water well.and should be fixed. Air conditioning was good and temperature of water for bathing is all working well. Beijing lu, the pedestrian shopping street, is just a stone throw away. Opposite the buiding, directly across the road, ia a mall with at least 3 cafes, Starbucks included. The lady who looks after the apartment was quite kind and helpful. There is a fresh fruit stall, just at the side of the building. The fruits are good and fresh. Many restaurants and shops and Tee nall are just a short walk away. .Fantastic Location snd would recommend.

Location is great and environment is clean, overall is good

Con: First of all, the posted residential address in the booking trip.com is not as follows. Upon our arrival, we were informed the actual unit was another building unit that took us a 15 mins walk from the posted address. 2nd, we were given a 3110 unit that was on the 31 floor level. During the middle of the night, there was an on-going road repair works that generate noises that can be clearly heard. It is not advisable if you are a soft sleeper person. 3rd, the unit required the phone to load it's WiFi via WeChat in order to have the whole house unit power supply turned on. Although the intent was to prevent some irresponsible guests for turning on the air-conditioning when they were out for their outing during daytime (daytime temperature in the house was warm due to afternoon sun), first timer will find it hard to register the phone to control the turn on power supply in the house especially when the phone is out of the WiFi range, the power supply in the house will automatically cut off. Pro: The location is near to the shopping mall, metro line, food places which is very convenient. Especially it is near to one of the popular local visits tim sum restaurant that served an authentic Cantonese Tim sum named 点点心思which I personally recommend. This unit have a metro station under Metro line 1 (yellow line) named Beijing Lu station (北京路) that was easily accessible which was just across the road. Overall stay is alright and the unit is good for 3 person stay as it had 2 bedrooms (2 x queen size bed + 1 x queen size bed).
