Bilik agak bersih. Mula-mula, ada salah faham sedikit tetapi kemudian komunikasi menjadi lancar. Lokasi juga bagus, sangat dekat dengan Beijing Road Pedestrian Street dan stesen MRT. Kakitangan perkhidmatan proaktif dalam memberi peringatan, itu bagus, dan mereka juga memberikan beberapa baucar sarapan. Berbaloi untuk menginap.

Excellent location, excellent stay, excellent staff especially the front desk staff. Above the expectation.

Breakfast is very good. The cleaners were courteous and helpful. Front desk is very friendly and helpful. Location is near major attractions. Train station is nearby. The rooms are well equipped. Washer and dryer are available and easy to use.

Overall, the hotel is clean, well-maintained, and has a modern, stylish interior. The room was comfortable and everything looked fresh and new, since it is newly opened. However, the biggest downside was the extremely poor soundproofing. I could clearly hear conversations, footsteps, doors opening and closing, and other noises from neighboring rooms and the hallway. Unfortunately, this made it difficult to relax and get a good sleep. While I appreciated the cleanliness and the hotel's overall design, the lack of sound insulation had a significant impact on my stay. I hope the hotel addresses this issue, as it would greatly improve the guest experience. The hotel is not walkable to Beijing Lu area, need to book a didi. Side note: The self laundry service was terrific!

This hotel is perfect for smokers, for those who don’t prefer to be reeked of second hand smoke, please think twice before booking. Would not recommend this hotel. For the price, there are better options. - smoking: people were smoking indoors in the hotel, some even at the lobby but the receptionists did nothing to stop them even after our repeated complaint. Literally were shrugged off. We booked this hotel for its non smoking room but still had to deal with second hand smoke. In the middle of the night we woke up to the scent of smoke coming off from the ventilation… absolute nightmare - poor hygiene: there were dusts all over the bed, hair from previous guest on the hairdryer, curtains are oddly placed, sewer stench in the room… - unprofessional receptionist / staff: apathetic to any feedback or complaints on hygiene / smoking, bluntly told us to cancel and stay elsewhere if we wish, and that they’d proceed with a refund. It was late in the evening when we checked in so it was imrpacticable for us to be rebooked elsewhere, especially after coming from a long journey, pretty irresponsible for them to say that! When we pointed out the dust and hygiene issue, we were told that this is to be expected (ie minor dust and hair), which is shocking 😳 , first time we were told anything like that by any hotels that we stayed in?!
