Stayed here for night and I can say that the place needs cleaning. It’s dusty and even the showers are very dirty. There was even a dry stale piece of bread on the counter with the bottle water. This suggests that the place was not cleaned properly. They changed me to another room after complaining

Nice hotel rooms. Clean and neat. Near to MRT station (renhe mrt exit C2), food shop, shopping center, 15-30 minutes drive to airport & free airport transfer. Staff very helpful i left my watch in my rooms and their kept it safely. Definitely comeback to stay in this hotel when i visit guangzhou. My 2nd times stay here.

I got a room with a window this time, which was a huge improvement. I've stayed here many times before, and once I booked a Japanese-style room (tatami) only to find it had no window. I tried to change to a room with a window, but the front desk wouldn't allow it. I had to call Trip.com to get it sorted out.

The parcel locker is very convenient. Dining and shopping options nearby are excellent, and it's not far from the subway station. However, there's road construction going on, so travelers with large luggage might want to consider other options for now.

The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station, just two stops from Baiyun Airport, making it super easy for catching flights. They also offer airport shuttle services. There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and the hotel environment itself is very good.

Arrived late at night. The front desk was very patient and guided me to the parking spot. The environment was nice. The only minor drawback was that food deliveries couldn't be brought upstairs; I had to go to the first floor to pick them up myself. Overall, it was decent, pretty good actually.

This hotel is very close to Guangzhou Baiyun Airport, making it ideal for business travelers or those on a layover. The facilities and Wi-Fi are excellent, and it's well-equipped. The service is great, and the rooms are clean and hygienic. I highly recommend staying here. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip. There are many street food stalls and night markets right next to the hotel, making it super convenient for late-night snacks. Highly recommended!

Environment: Nice and comfortable, not far from the subway station, so transportation is convenient. It's also easy to get to Baiyun Airport.
Free airport shuttle (during non-subway hours): Didn't use it, as the subway was sufficient.

Not recommended for solo travellers. the cigarette smell is too strong so I request the staff to help me clean it…. They tried to clear it but the smell is too strong so the next day i got a headache and check out around 7 in the morning

Nice and soft bed, dirty windows, floor and walls. No pride of the property. Broken showerhead and towels with large holes in them. More than one name for the hotel, on the outside only in Chinese letters. The location is excellent near Renhe metrostation, for the sirport, and big shops and markets nearby. For the price, the lication and the clean good bed we would try this hotel again in the future.

The environment here is really nice and comfortable; I didn't experience any allergies. The front desk lady was also great, she upgraded my room type, which was awesome! I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance. The main thing is how clean it is, and they even did a smoke-free treatment for me.

Since I was arriving at Baiyun Airport past 10 PM, I wanted to pick a hotel that was close by and offered free shuttle service. Before my flight, I contacted the front desk for the driver's WeChat contact. As soon as my plane landed, I immediately messaged the driver on WeChat to confirm I had the right person. However, the driver kept rushing me from before I even got off the plane, through customs, and while I waited for my luggage. I understand he has to go back and forth for different guests, but it wasn't my fault. Finally, when I was ready, he had just left for the hotel and told me to wait. 'No problem,' I thought, 'I can wait.' Eventually, I got into his car, but halfway there, it broke down on the main road due to a dead battery. What a hassle! The driver then had to call a DiDi (ride-sharing service) to take me and another mother-daughter pair to the hotel. The room itself was very nice and comfortable, but if you looked closely, the bathroom showed its age. The only real issue was the remote control, which was difficult to press. Despite the late-night ordeal, I still wanted to experience the in-room cinema facilities.
