7 Days Inn Guangzhou East Railway Station Shahe Garment City

I booked this hotel for five days, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The hotel is extremely old and poorly maintained, and the room was very dirty. The towels were worn out, rough, and had loose threads and fabric coming off them. The bathroom was especially unpleasant and did not appear to be properly cleaned, with visible dirt and buildup. Cleanliness was the biggest problem. The room and bathroom did not meet even basic standards of hygiene.What was even worse, I found a bed bug on the bed. This was completely unacceptable and made me very concerned about the cleanliness and hygiene of the ro The service was also very poor and unhelpful. Staying here for five days made the experience even more frustrating and uncomfortable. Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with my stay and would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is convenient in many ways, and the location and facilities are good. However, during this stay we were placed next to rooms that were being renovated. There was construction noise throughout the night, which made it difficult to rest after a long and tiring day. This was very disappointing. Overall, our experience was unsatisfactory because of the constant noise.

The location little far from metro station, need to take bicycle. Very near to fly over so very noisy.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind — they made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. Their support and positive attitude really made a difference throughout my stay. The location is also excellent, very convenient and close to everything you might need, which made getting around easy and stress-free. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and perfect location. I would definitely stay here again!

Lock malfunction and called operator for 3 times only present for service. Need further improvement

Hotel seems a bit old so the corridors and building feel a bit old and dirty. The room itself is fairly clean but there was mold on the ceiling near the window which was very worrying. I would have asked for a room change but I was only there for one night and was tired so couldn't be bothered.
