Ulasan Waifiden Apartment (Guangzhou Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital Haizhu Square Subway Station)

Merhabalar, kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Odada temizlik kavramı yok. Heryer kirli ve yağlı. İlgi ve alaka sıfır. Fotoğrafta göründüğü gibi değil pişman olursunuz. Hi, I definitely do not recommend. There is no concept of cleanliness in the room. Everywhere is dirty and greasy. Interest and relevance are zero. Not what it looks like in the photo, you regret it.

The guy who’s in the reception is really kind and helpful and can speak English well. The hotel was good. Location is perfect city view is nice.

Really sorry to say, the room's floor is all the time wet. Receptionist eventually told me is Guangzhou's weather high humid caused the floor wet and above level owner turned on aircond all the time caused the floor wet. I just feel abit ridiculous reason. So I left the room the next day and I booked another hotel, no issue of floor wet. I even asked the locals(mostly DIDI drivers) if their houses have this floor wet issue due to high humid, they responded, no such thing at all. It only happened on wall wet during winter season. The season now is summer, it's impossible and no such thing ever happened. The locals I asked suspected that is the room's floor underneath water pipe leakage caused the whole tiles immersed with water. The room is very rundown, the lobby is rundown too. Is not a hotel, is a very low standard residential apartment. Thanks to Trip for refunded to me for the remaining 4 nights.

Excellent room condition, big room with full facilities and as it is shown in the picture. The room was clean and furniture and other things were as described. The kitchen facility, and washing machine is there even though they weren't using but tested and it was working. Overall this was my best hotel on this trip and my wife enjoyed the room and the city view from the lift side.

everything were well, they greeted us and checked us in, despite the late night. This was very important.

Stayed for 1 month it was an wonderful stay and reception was very good

Good service at front desk staff. Room cleanliness can be improved. Black mold can be found in bathroom and kitchen sink areas. Not good for health. Room may need some minor renovations, eg. wall painting, socket points need repairing as some were unusable, window sealing needs repairing as it was windy and the wind sounds kept whistling at the closed window all night long, disturbing sleep. Although there is a usable induction stove, but basic cooking utensils (ladles, bowls, plates, forks, spoons, etc) are not available. Only a pot was available upon request. However, the location is good. Close to major foodie spots in Yuexiu and Liwan areas, and river canal. Lide road Subway station is just walking distance. Area has old town vibe. Good value for money.

The waiters are polite, the hotel facilities are also very good, and the location is convenient.

The hotel entrance was a little hard to find especially at night. The lobbies are located at the 6th floor, and there is only 1 lift going up to the rooms which can lead to quite a wait. However, the room was in good condition with ample amenities for a longer stay. Priced competitively in comparison to the surrounding offerings. The river can give off quite a stink, but by no fault of the hotel. Will stay here again!
