Pros: · We are glad to hear that the hotel's proximity to the metro station and train station was very convenient you. · The provision of a free steam cooker and laundry/dryer facilities was very useful, and we are pleased that you found these facilities helpful. · are also pleased to know that our staff assisted you with your Taobao order without any issues. · Your rating of the breakfast as sufficient has been noted, and are aware that the breakfast may be more suitable for local tastes. Cons: · We apologize for the language barrier with the staff. We recognize the importance of effective and will provide additional English language training for our team. · Regarding the condition of the ceiling and the dirty chairs, we are very sorry for the discomfort this caused We have already started repairs and will ensure all rooms are thoroughly inspected and maintained. · We are particularly sorry for the noise from the nearby school. While we cannot external factors, we will do our best to minimize the disturbance. · Most importantly, we are deeply sorry for the insect bites you experienced. This is completely unacceptable and we have immediately taken steps to investigate and resolve this issue. We have hired pest control services to ensure this does not happen again.
