The location is excellent, with a wide variety of local restaurants nearby. It's also close to many famous attractions, making it easy to visit them in your free time. The apartment itself is clean, well-equipped, and the service is responsive. The environment is quiet and comfortable, making it a very convenient base for sightseeing and travel.

Stay here for its location, a short walk to Beijing Rd. The building is also connected to Gongyuanqian metro station via underground link. There are a few hotels/apartments in this building. Our room is clean and big. But the shower water pressure is weak.

This stay exceeded my expectations. The front desk/concierge service was patient and attentive, providing thorough answers to all inquiries with excellent attitudes. The room was fully equipped with stable and functional air conditioning, bathroom facilities, and internet connectivity, meeting all daily needs. I was most satisfied with the cleanliness: the entire space was spotless, bedding was dry, the bathroom was free of stains and odors, and the attention to detail was impressive. The overall living experience was comfortable, and the environment was quiet. Highly recommended!

Nice location, worth price👍can book on trip.com. Best service, if you wanna wash your clothes just text them on Weixin they will settle easy and dried the clothes so niceeeeee.

The room has a bright and airy environment with excellent ventilation. The supporting facilities are complete, with a washing machine and a small refrigerator that are both in normal working order. The cleanliness is meticulous, with no dust in the corners. The location is advantageous, making it very convenient to visit nearby attractions, and it is highly recommended.

Room is big and spacious, we got a nice city view! The plus point for us was the free laundry service, that was super helpful as we stayed here for a week. Location is great as well, it’s directly connected to a mall and within walking distance to many other malls/shops. Definitely recommend!

Great service from the reception and love the free laundry. Slight quibbe was that the room was dated and the lifts were a little slow. Housekeeping was also very responsive and location was very convenient with great food all around. Great view from our room too.

We liked this hotel so much that we entended our stay by 2 nights. Please see my previous review: One and One International Hotel and Apartment is in a great location, just above A- Mall and Gongyuan Qian metro station It is a few minutes walk to Beijing Road Pedestrian street which makes it perfect for shopping and trying out the local eateries. Check in was easy and the staff are very friendly and helpful and we were able to leave our baggage for a few days when we travelled to Shenzhen. The room was very spacious and as we were on floor 18, the view was great.

Great, very clean and tidy. The location is excellent, the environment is very nice, and the facilities are complete, including a mini-fridge. The staff are very good, and there's someone at the front desk 24 hours a day. The subway station is right downstairs, which is very convenient for getting around.

The room feels very comfortable and convenient to a lot of tourist attractions. Moreover, the room service is very superb, they do daily room cleaning and also provide free laundry . RECOMMENDED!

Great Location. Just seconds away from the main shopping belt. There was a 东圆烤鸸 2 minutes walk away which was fantastic as well. Service provided by hotel was excellent and they help arrange delivery for an item i left behind in the hotel all the way to the airport. Room was spacious and it comes with a huge projector TV too. Highly recommend 👌

Soundproofing is bad as we can hear next room on off their switch on walls. We also can hear ppl closing their doors. We live on level 21 and yet we can hear all the car honks beneat

The room is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The receptionist Xiaomin is very helpful and answered all our queries regarding outdoor travelling.

The hygiene was excellent, and all kinds of daily necessities were well-provided. The location is convenient for transportation, with many dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby.
