The hotel is terrible! The terrible smell of cigarettes, damp and mold. Old numbers! On reception girl not wanted help solve questions. We asked her to change our room (photo) decided only a couple of hours. And we were very tired. Nobody speaks English. We took a breakfast room, but crossed before breakfast with people, they said they were poisoned.

Jawapan daripada Pihak Penginapan: 尊敬的客人您好，首先非常抱歉這次入住一些情況讓您體驗不好，也感謝選擇酒店並細心給予評價！對於內容酒店方一一為您解釋；1、您預訂酒店到達時間是第二天早晨8點左右，當天廣交會期間酒店房間已安排滿，入住的第一個房間和您訂單的房型是一致的（行政大床房落地窗、窗户朝向不同，其他房間都是無窗的在平台是有展示的）；2、當您進入房間15分鐘左右向前台要求換房，我們是第一時間回覆抱歉並解釋這個時間房間已經住滿，退房的其他客人還沒打掃出乾淨房間，管家很歉意讓您在房間先休息，一有乾淨房立即帶您去看新的房間。後9點32分有乾淨房間管家聯繫您可以看房間換房了，您説太累需要休息一會後麪我們不再打擾，下午14點您來前台帶看房間並換了新房間（我們管家很積極、樂意幫客人解決問題，有些時候沒法第一時間滿足希望能理解，嗚嗚～）3、關於早餐問題酒店方非常重視希望能再次取得與我們聯繫，早餐是和中國很出名的品牌《真功夫》餐廳合作，出現中毒是很嚴重事件，相信如果真的出現該問題客人會第一向我們反饋進行處理，酒店很緊張和更注重飲食問題；第一事件後入住期間向管家提出問題我們看了記錄都有及時處理，您需要郵寄物品管家也幫忙處理下單寄走。再次表示很遺憾未能讓您入住愉快的一次旅行，路客Hotels在此祝您生活愉快、工作開心、萬事順意！

Location is near Metro. Plenty of restaurants, shopping centres, convenient stores within 100m walking distance. To find this place, please look for the huge signage. Entrance is the same door to a private gym. Take a lift to the 4th floor. Room was clean except for the smell of cigarettes when the aircon is on.

I came to the Canton Fair. And this is the best option for accommodation, very friendly reception, in the hotel lobby there are many delicious things, tea/coffee, yogurts. In the room everything was also good, the bed was big. The only thing was missing a window. We walked around Guangzhou a lot and I realized that this is really the best location! There are several main metro stations nearby, a park, you can rent bicycles and ride to the center. You can get to the exhibition in half an hour. I recommend!

Decent place for a few nights in Tianhe district that should upgrade it's wifi, everything else has a great price to value ratio.

Great stuff, polite and attentive. Very clean and comfortable area and my room with all conveniences, with a nice view from the window. The location is wonderful, closer to subway like 3 Linhexi and stores to get food oe do some shopping.  I will come back for sure. Thank you for nice welcome. See you soon.

Very good location, really decent price. Staff are friendly. The hotel is next to the APM which makes exploring Guangzhou handy. The rooms are basic but comfortable. We booked for 2 people which came with 1 breakfast (that was the only strange bit, but was listed in the booking beforehand). Access is 24/7 and has a lift up to the hotel if you have heavy cases. Next to a good HK canteen and across the road from a really nice bbq in the shopping mall.
