We had a great stay at four seasons guangzhou. The house keeping service was top notch and personalised.

Thanks for warm welcome. Location is very convenient along the river and across canton tower! Hotel lobby is on 70 floor! Hotel staff is very helpful im not sure the guy's name but he tried to help me with wechat's problem. Everything was so nice im so impressive. Only one thing i missed was they were fixing swimming pool!

It was my second time and I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to have a nice view of Guangzhou and beautiful places around. Location is perfect Super clean Staff are so polite and helpful specially” Sue “

Absolutely one of the nicest hotels I stayed in. Location is excellent with view of the Canton Tower and the river, especially the night view.

The 4 seasons has the best service in guangzhou. Eva and Sue always look after me and my guests which is why I keep returning.

The check in was absolutely rude the woman Dory is dont remember her name, no smile not comfortable, we felt not welcoming after i drove 2 hours and half ,the breakfast please other hotel in Gz has better experience, you just paying the view there , overall the reception not very good

Overall, our stay at the hotel was pleasant, but there are areas that require improvement. Positives: 1. Exceptional Staff: Ivan is truly outstanding. My wife faced some medical issues during our stay, and Ivan went above and beyond, providing exceptional care and support, which greatly enhanced our experience. 2. Spacious Room: The room was large, clean, and featured a beautiful bathroom and dedicated office space. The view was fantastic, overlooking the cityscape. 3. Prime Location: The hotel is centrally located, offering easy access to major attractions and stunning views of Guangzhou’s skyline. Areas for Improvement: 1. Housekeeping: We stayed for two nights, but housekeeping only serviced our room once, which was disappointing. 2. Breakfast Experience: While the breakfast selection was fine, the area was overcrowded, and the atmosphere felt less upscale compared to more prestigious hotels. 3. Pool Facilities: The pool is quite small and was crowded with children, making it noisy and not relaxing. Additionally, the requirement to wear swim caps and the chaotic atmosphere detracted from the experience. In summary, while the hotel has many positives, addressing these concerns would significantly enhance the guest experience.

My stay at the Four Seasons Guangzhou was exceptional. The rooms are spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views of the city. Dining options are top-notch, with delicious Cantonese cuisine at Yu Yue Heen and a diverse breakfast at Kumoi. The service is impeccable—staff are attentive and professional. The hotel’s amenities, including the indoor pool, fitness center, and spa, are luxurious. Located in the heart of Guangzhou, it’s convenient for both business and leisure. Highly recommended for a luxurious stay!

I personally think that there’s room for improvement.  Point 1: Why the service female staff (Evon) at the breakfast cafeteria need to sweep the breakfast crumbs on to the floor when she preparing table? I am very puzzled by her act!  Point 2: I am also surprise when we first checking in, we have to line up in a Q form to check in. Although it doesn’t take long to wait but why can’t the service staffs guide us to take a seat first? There are seats around the check in gallery. It will be more pleasant for al the guests.

Stunning hotel, with amazing hard product; the hotel is architectually beautifully designed and the view from everywhere you look is unmatched. The rooms are lovely and the amenities are great. However, I am not pleased with the so to say "soft product". The staff at the reception were cold and unfriendly. When I was checking in late at night after a very long flight, I was hoping for a warm welcome in this 5-star hotel, expecting a high standard from the Four Seaons company. However, the check-in process felt hasty and unfriendly, even though I was the only customer there. I was not greeted, nor asked how I was doing, where I am from, etc. The staff simply asked for my passport, and handed me the room key, without words. I later asked for options for another room, with a different view. This seemed to annoy the person with whom I checked in. I don't speak Mandarin, but I was given the feeling that the front desk staff were talking about me in my face. Later, during my stay, when I went down to the reception for questions, the answers were always very short, and given without a smile. As a side note, I must give compliments for the bellmen and the security, as they were always very friendly. This overall experience left me with a sour feeling, and it simply make me not feel welcome at this hotel. This is not the service I expect from the Four Seasons company. I have contacted the hotel about this matter. They were defensive on their end, and didn't offer a sincere apology.

Best best best! Great location, lots of food options. You can order delivery as well, there is a good delivery pick up box on the ground floor entrance. Be careful of the taxi parked outside the hotel. They are not controlled/connected with the hotel and they could charge you incorrect amount. We took the taxi (that parked at the taxi lane) to GZ East high speed train station, it only takes 10 mins and we were told we need to pay 65 RMB! We are local and knows for a fact that it cannot be that much. We challenge the driver and he then immediately change , saying“ just pay me 30“ this is outrageous! I would recommend you use the DiDi or CaoCao taxi app, this way, you know exactly how much you are paying and the route to track. The front desk will help you call them. Hotel is amazing. We booked the cheapest room and when checking in, was told that there is an option to upgrade to river view, which include breakfast. The cost of upgrade is cheaper than two breakfast! Of course I would choose this option . Huge room, huge bathroom. The bath is a bit slippery if you don’t use the bath mat. Buffet breakfast is great! Western + Chinese options, fresh fruit, fresh squeezed orange juice. Well worth the price! I would definitely recommend the hotel and I will always use 4 seasons when I am in GZ.

Consider is the best hotel in my life. My family r love the hotel. Ppl here r friendly, environment is good. Everything is well. Will go back again
