Nestled by the Liuxi River, surrounded by mountains and water, the air is rich in negative ions and the environment is truly wonderful. The room was cozy and comfortable, with an absolutely stunning and expansive balcony offering a bamboo forest view. The hot spring water was of excellent quality, clean, and hygienic. The service was thoughtful and attentive. Highly recommended!

Facilities: Great, the hot spring water quality is excellent. My skin felt much smoother after a soak. Hygiene: Clean. Environment: Beautiful, with good air quality – it's really beneficial for your lungs. Service: Attentive. If we had any issues, the staff were always there at a moment's notice.

Although the hotel is small, it's very clean and quiet. The bedding was spotless, and I slept really well. The air was fresh, and the room had a river view. The service was excellent, and surprisingly, they even delivered a sweet soup to each of us in our rooms – a lovely little surprise!

The room is very spacious with a private hot spring tub. The environment is beautiful, situated on a hilltop. The hygiene is excellent, and the service is great. The public hot spring pools are clean and comfortable. The surrounding greenway along the river is perfect for a relaxing walk.

The environment is excellent – quiet and spotlessly clean. Complimentary breakfast is included. We also enjoyed unlimited access to the hot spring facilities, which was very convenient. The water temperature was just right, making it incredibly comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

This was our first time visiting Yun Ya Resort, and it truly felt like a secluded paradise. It's beautifully nestled among mountains, with the Liuxi River flowing right by its entrance. Minxia at the front desk was incredibly warm and accommodating, going above and beyond to fulfill all our requests. My family absolutely loved it here and are already talking about coming back again.

The room was clean, and the service was excellent. We asked for water after checking in, and it was delivered right away. My only suggestions are to provide a few more complimentary water bottles in the room (or larger ones), and as with my last stay, offer more variety for breakfast.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times, and it's consistently excellent, as always. Its picturesque setting, nestled by mountains and water, is truly beautiful. Yan Fang at the front desk is incredibly service-minded; she has personally handled my check-ins on several occasions. Her service was excellent, and I'm very satisfied!

A hidden gem of a hotel! Despite its compact size, it offers a swimming pool, hot springs, and even table tennis and billiards. We had a delightful weekend.

The hotel boasts a beautiful setting and is very well-equipped. It offers both a clean swimming pool and hot spring pools to choose from. Situated right by the Liuxi River, it's perfect for a family getaway. Jiaxin also provided good service.

The environment is tranquil with fresh outdoor air, making it ideal for families and friends to enjoy the hot springs. Walks through the lush greenery are wonderful, and I imagine it would be even more pleasant in autumn. Li Mei's service was exceptional, and the dishes at Pinquan Restaurant were also very good. Both my mother and daughter loved it, and we will definitely return.

We stayed in a two-bedroom unit. While the exclusive private hot spring plunge pool on the balcony was a great feature, we found the water volume to be quite limited, only enough for a single use. On the plus side, the hotel's location, nestled between a mountain and a river, means the air quality is absolutely fantastic!
