The hotel's location is excellent, right by the scenic Tianhe Park, just a hundred meters walk from Exit B of Tianhe Park metro station. The service standard is consistently high, embodying the classic elegance of a five-star hotel. I have a deep connection with this hotel and a little story to share. Twelve years ago, late at night at this very hotel, my husband ordered a bowl of wonton noodles from room service. The first spoonful he offered to me, and right then, I decided I would marry him (amazingly, this dish is still on the menu, same price, same quality). I hadn't been back to Guangzhou in five years, but for this business trip, I naturally chose the Soluxe Hotel again. It still had that familiar feel. While some facilities inevitably show the passage of time, the service hasn't wavered in the slightest. Welcome fruits, chocolates, and the staff helping with luggage up to the room – a warm, welcoming feeling washes over you. When I asked for stationery during my stay, it was delivered immediately. I always pay close attention to hotel mattresses, and here, the quality was excellent, ensuring a superb night's rest. When the housekeeping auntie asked if my stay was comfortable and I mentioned it was a bit chilly, she immediately brought me an electric heater. Her name was Zeng Xiaoqing. Although I only stayed for four days, I had a fair amount of packages coming and going, and the front desk staff meticulously helped with sending and receiving them. Xiao Mo from the concierge department was especially enthusiastic and left a lasting impression. Several of my friends came to meet me at the hotel, and when they left, the staff even helped us take a group photo. In this rapidly changing era, the hotel's continued presence is reassuring, and its unchanging quality is truly touching. Thank you to all the hotel staff for their warm care, providing travelers with beautiful memories that feel like coming home. Next time I'm in Guangzhou, I'll definitely stay at the Soluxe Hotel again.

The room was spacious and the service was excellent. We booked a sea view room and could see the beautiful Canton Tower and Pearl River. We intentionally didn't book breakfast and enjoyed dim sum on the 5th floor, which was delicious. It's a great choice for both business trips and leisure travel.

Good hotel, clean and comfortable. Staff was polite and friendly. I got fruits and cookies as a gift. Breakfast was delicious,a big variety of food and drinks.

The best hotel in Guangzhou we experienced . It’s right next to Tianhe park so our toddler got to be outdoors everyday. The Deluxe room has unobstructed view of Guangzhou skylight, we enjoyed the spectacular light show from our window. Staffs were friendly and helpful especially our receptionist Allan and luggage porter. Highly recommended.

Luxurious hotel, staff was very friendly and helpful, moving us to a new room when the first room had a mild cigarette smell. Location is great, a short walk to Tianhe Park and MTR station. Many food options on the adjacent street. Quiet rooms, spectacular views, comfortable beds with working air conditioning and refrigerator. The fitness center was an actual fitness center with free weights, machines, stretching area, not just exercise bikes and treadmills. 10/1

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service. The room was also very comfortable! I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

Over all an excellent stay, easy check in and checkout process. Good restaurants and cafe onsite. Clean and large room. Only two issues - the room wasn’t restocked properly each day (no tea, bath salts, etc.), however the service center was quick to answer and supply these items. The shower flooded as the drain was not cleaned. Biscuits provided when checking in were nice. The snacks provided on day one also looked nice - however we didn’t get a chance to try them as we arrived late and they were removed by house keeping the next day.

Excellent value for money! This is a CNPC hotel, and the service, facilities, and breakfast are all great. It's one of the best value hotels I've stayed at in recent years!

The hotel's location is super convenient, and it's a well-renovated old five-star. The room size is really generous, much larger than your average hotel room. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer fantastic natural light, and with Tianhe Park right outside, the view is great, especially for taking in Guangzhou's night skyline.

We booked this hotel last minute for our family reunion in Guangzhou during Chinese New Year. The location is quite convenient, with a subway station and a park nearby. The overall environment is decent, but the facilities are a bit dated.

Staying at this five-star hotel in Guangzhou was absolutely worth it! The location is fantastic, just a few hundred meters from Tianhe Park subway station, and right next to Tianhe Park for easy strolls. It's also not far from Zhujiang New Town and Pazhou. Our room was on a high floor with an amazing floor-to-ceiling window offering great views of Canton Tower and the park. The space was generous, and the twin beds could even be pushed together. The cleanliness was impeccable. The service was incredibly attentive; the housekeeping staff brought a fruit platter and snacks, and the front desk even gave thoughtful little gifts. The hotel offers free parking, a heated swimming pool, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. It's perfect for both family trips and business travel, providing an exceptional experience. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Guangzhou!

This is my family's favorite hotel in downtown Guangzhou, and we always stay here when we visit the city. The rooms are comfortable, the views from the window are beautiful, and the service is incredibly professional and warm. This time, we brought our child, and the hotel thoughtfully provided complimentary chocolates, which was a lovely touch for both the eyes and the palate. Another delightful and relaxing stay!

Warm and welcoming service, convenient location, and very clean.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel for 2 days. The staff from the reception,housekeeping,concierge to cafe were all helpful. The room i got had a sunrise view and the city view. Only thing that bothered me was Ac wasn’t functioning properly. Other than that,pleasant stay at soluxe.
