Good location. A lot of Turkish halal restaurants around hotel . Near subway stations.

Super clean. Got a welcome card and a box of tasty treats upon arrival. Located within walking distance to many cafes and restaurants. I stayed here two nights for work . Would return with my family for pleasure since there seems a lot to explore. The bedding was nice quality though the mattress a bit too hard for my taste.

Positives: The location of the hotel is great, Next to turkish restaurant and the metro. The staff were helpful and nice. The breakfast was good, but i wish if they add suitable dishes for muslims. Negatives: The bed was hard. The furniture was old. But there are newest rooms in the hotel as they said.

We booked 2 rooms for the family and got a free upgrade to 18 floor when we did early checked in around 11:30. But it turned out that 22 and 23 floors are undergoing renovation and it was so noisy on 18 floor. We complained and the hotel right away offered to switch us to 13 floor, but we had to wait a few hours for cleaners to complete to get into the new rooms. My father got sick and we had to cancel the second night. The hotel front desk staff was very helpful and helped me get instant refund from Trip.com. I am so impressed by Ctrip and the hotel on this refund service.

It was good. Sharmaji food we tried but not happy. Chinese we missed to try. Also spa massage for men’s is not avbl. We kissed that too. Rest all was fine.

Location is very good. There is pure vegetarian Indian restaurant on 2nd floor serving Jain food as well. It is recommended To not opt for breakfast if looking for veg food. Instead go to Sharmaji restaurant on 2nd floor. Checkin was good and Shining helped me in the checkin really well. Concierge accepted my parcel also
