Amazing service, contacted with Mr. Wang because i had a late check-in and an early flight next day. Everything excelent, 5 min walk from terminal 1, fast check-in, very confortable and clean room and next day had an amazing breakfast just before the free shuttle bus to terminal 2. This hotel is my favorite spot each time i have a late arrival or early flight in GZ.

Atrocious service, their English is barely understandable, and the shuttle service was smelly, slow and unprofessional. Room was small and the toilet had terrible plumbing. Room was honestly terrible for that price point

I’ve been to many hotels and different hotel chains, and I have never seen a super customer service and hospitality like I have seen from this hotel, especially from Mr. Wang Yang He make the experience special and always available to support even when he is during non-working hours I’ll for sure stay here again and it is always my choice when I want to stay close to Guangzhou airport. Very close to the airport with shuttle buses service every 30 minutes for T2. And, T1 is just in the back side of the hotel.

This hotel is kind of all but still value for money if you are transiting near guanzhou airport and needed a short stay. There is shuttle Bus to T2 but need to get to lobby early as it is 30 Min per interval

The hotel is located at the airport, easy to find and travel to including a shuttle service. Rooms are spacious and all amenities needed, very nice gym. Breakfast of high quality with alot of choices.

Great service, got upgrade to a suite. Unfortunately woke up in the middle of the night by the sound of some animal (maybe mouse or rat) running around in the AC pipe over my room.

Great hotel at the airport. The furniture is a little bit outdated, but price/value is very good.

The room is spacious with lots of pillows… very good location for travelers with flights in Terminal 1 just across the road of the departure are. 5 minutes ride to Terminal 2 by their hotel’s shuttle bus service which keavea the hotwl evwey 30 minutes.

Near to T1 & the room are big enough, check in was smooth & everything was good.

Breakfast is very good, location is less than 5mins walk from T1 Guangzhou Baiyun airport.

Extremely convenient you can walk from the terminal 1 into the hotel in 5m. It’s clean and nice its value for money specially for the location if you need to commute fast.

Location is good, near to the airport and shutle bus is provided if you need to go to Terminal 1/2. However, if you wish to go to downtown then you need to take a taxi which takes about 40min. Cleanliness was great, no doubt about that. Service & facilities were great as well. Breakfast was very good, Chinese style, Western style and Japanese style. Overall, worth the money and you will like it.
