Short walk to the Shahe train station, room is nicely decorated and clean, no smoke smell and comfortable. But don’t have free laundry service.

Extremely negative experience. The hotel is under construction and it is super loud: YOU will NOT be able to sleep after 8AM! The staff is rude and they rush to take away the buffet breakfast and tell you to order from the menu!! The area looks sketchy too.

The room is okay for the value. Reception service is average and doesn’t pay much attention to guests. There was no luggage weight check, which was unconvenient. Overall, it’s acceptable but not very impressive to me.

It was good that the room was prepared and ready before the official check-in time. The staff were nice and helpful. The location is quite far from Shahe Station, but ok. Reasonable price.

Everything is fine. Good breakfast, comfortable bed. Everything is clean and new. There are no foreign smells, no noises. I managed to spend the night in peace and regain my strength during the trip.

The overall experience was great. The service of the staff were great and very hospitable and easy to communicate with them. We were there for the Canton fair and it was nice having a shuttle take us to and from the canton fair as well as canton badge prep and prining done at their lobby so you could avoid the long lines at the fair instead. The one negative though would be the strong musty smell in the room. It was quite strong but it appears the hotel are trying to combat it by placing air purifiers but a more long term solution would be ideal. Asentioned, overall a great experience
