The environment is beautiful and peaceful, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. They even disinfect the hot spring tub on-site before filling it, a service I haven't seen at other hotels! After a good soak, my sleep quality was excellent, and I woke up feeling refreshed. I'll definitely be back next week for another dip.

Here are eight negative points: 1. The room lighting is too dim; even with all the lights on, we couldn't see clearly enough to eat. 2. The duvet was thin and the cotton stuffing was lumpy – a very poor quality duvet. 3. There wasn't a single power outlet near the bed to charge a phone; we had to use an extension cord. 4. The air conditioning's heating function felt like it wasn't even on. 5. The showerhead holder was broken, so I had to bend down the entire time I showered. 6. The Wi-Fi was so bad we couldn't even stream videos. 7. It looked completely different from the pictures; when soaking in the hot spring, all you could see outside were trees. 8. The toilet had a foul smell. On the positive side: The service was good, breakfast was decent, and the hot spring was also good. I hope improvements can be made; two nights here aren't worth the 1000 yuan price tag.

1. The shower drain was clogged, causing water to pool on the floor, so I had to shower with my feet in dirty water. 2. The interior decor and furniture were old and haven't been renovated.

I recently spent my birthday here with my family, and it was incredible! The hot tub, overlooking the river, is one of the best I've experienced in Guangzhou. Sitting in the hot spring with the river gently flowing just meters away was serene. Highly recommended!

Facilities: We stayed in the hot spring honeymoon room, which is in Building C at the top of the mountain. The facilities are a bit old, but the auntie was cleaning it and disinfecting it with disinfectant on the day we arrived, so it was pretty good. The door handle of the balcony in the room was a bit broken, and I didn't dare to use force. One of the buttons on the toilet lid was loose, so the toilet didn't drain smoothly. There is a lot of dust on the sockets in the toilet. The soundproofing of the doors and windows in the room is a bit poor. The sound of mahjong in the two rooms can still be heard, and the sound of people talking in the corridor can be heard even more clearly. Hygiene: The auntie will use disinfectant to disinfect the entire room, including the pool of hot spring water before draining it every night. Environment: The mountaintop hot spring room is halfway up the mountain, and the air and environment are pretty good. It's very comfortable to be woken up by the birds singing on the mountain every morning. Service: I have to say that except for a lot of minor issues with the facilities, the overall service is very good and they respond to every request over the phone. Although there are not many varieties of breakfast in the morning, the quality is still acceptable.

Facilities: The shower room had no hot water for half an hour, so I couldn't take a shower. The breakfast was very simple. The firefighting equipment was expired and placed next to the pool. It was too obvious. I couldn't help but complain. The backrest of the bed was cracked.

The front desk clerk was polite and helped us take our luggage to the room because we had a lot of luggage. The room was cleaned very well, and the kids liked to take off their shoes and walk around so their feet were clean. The bed quilt is clean and comfortable, and the pillows are suitable. The bubble hot spring is the most comfortable now.

The room can only be described as dilapidated, the mattress has sunken, the pillows and sheets are very old, the hygiene is very poor, the waiter's attitude is unimaginably bad, the attitude of the front desk staff is ok, only one pool of hot spring water is included, and an additional charge of 100 yuan per time to fill the hot spring water is really too expensive to imagine, how is it possible to only soak in a hot spring once a day.

First time staying here, the room is clean, and the outdoor room has its own hot spring water, which is comfortable to soak in. Most importantly there is room for fishing which makes the kids happy. Xiaoting and Huihui at the front desk provided warm and thoughtful service. I will stay here again next time.

The hotel lobby has a nice environment, the staff is very friendly, and the child is very tall and was given a breakfast coupon. It is nice to take pictures in the hotel. The hot spring bath in the room is large and can satisfy a family of three. Eating breakfast on the riverbank is unique. I like the elegant, private and comfortable environment! Will come again!
