Fantastic stay! Impeccable service, luxurious rooms, delightful amenities. Only downside was the less impressive view.

I would like to review this is a clean hotel, food is good and super convenient for traveling. The most benefit of this hotel is free laundry facilities.

This location is considered outskirt. Hard to get a taxi to travel around. There are barely any taxis in the area. I find it hard to travel around since I can't use their hailing apps.

The lobby seems to be quite spacious, and the sofa next to it is worn out. When I checked in on the first afternoon, other guests didn't have it, which was a bit scary. The scene outside the window of the room is a parking lot, and the dilapidated construction site in the distance is unbearable to look at. Third, service. There is basically no service. I asked why the air conditioner was not hot, and the customer service said that someone would be sent to check. Then there was no follow-up. No one responded to this question until I checked out two days later. Fourth, breakfast. It's hard to say. I looked around and there was nothing to eat. Most of it was still cold. I really couldn't eat cold food. I could only drink coffee. In short, the price is not cheap during the Spring Festival, and it costs thousands of yuan a night. Next time, I will learn from my mistakes and not look for such a remote and unknown hotel. There is a bright spot, there is a free shuttle bus to Chimelong Zoo, which is OK.
