Ulasan Imin Holiday Hotel

Hotel yang bagus berhampiran Sunac Snow World. Menginap 1 malam dan anak-anak saya menyukainya, sangat bersih, sederhana sedikit.

Prefect location, can walk to ski and many food choices just Downstairs. Staff are nice🎄👍🏻

The hotel is a 15-min walk from the ski centre although it appeared to be very close on the map. This is more like a guest house with fairly good cleanliness. The family room is a good choice for family or friends travelling together.

We booked this hotel for its proximity to Sunac ski centre. We got upgraded to a one bedroom suite. Living room lighting was not as bright as I would have preferred but the bedroom lighting was nice and bright. The room was clean, shower area/toilet was clean. The best surprise was that when we booked on trip.com, we did not pay for breakfast, but the establishment explained it is included. While there’s only a limited choice of steamed and fried dumplings, congee, noodles, Chinese buns and some steam dim sum, it was surprisingly delicious.

Location is great, near Guangzhou Sunac Land, only one minor problem is that boil water consist only one tank, and not enough for few or more use, say shower, at a time, which seems acceptable and common in China.

Top notch hotel!! Excellent location, rooms are clean and spacious, and 5-star service!! All staff are willing to take extra steps to make our accomodation more comfortable, give useful tourist information, help us out with the apps, recommendations for eateries/massage places. It's the best hotel experience I ever had. The snow park / amusement park /metro are just across the street. There are local eateries just at the door step. There's not more I can ask for!! Thank you for making our stay so comfortable!

It was very convenient and next to the sunac snow park, great facility in the room has reliable internet connection. Friendly reception as well.

The location is good

Check in was delayed past the stipulated timing. Cleanliness was poor, cockroaches were seen throughout the 2 nights we stayed. Service was decent and available round the clock.
