Ulasan Biquan Kongzhong Hot Spring Hotel

I was searching for hotels serving dinner buffet and breakfast with a reasonable room rate near 从化. I have two little girls, 2 and 4 years old. On the previous day, we stayed at Regal resort. Of course, compared to Regal resort, this hotel is not that good condition. It is old and located in old town (it seemed like that. I’m not sure tho) we even waited almost 1 hr to get check-in cuz most of rooms are not cleaned and ready. However, my daughters enjoyed so much water slides and kids pools. Pools are small and cozy also these seem local. There are various menus of dinner buffet but the restaurant was crowded. Yet, the room rate is so cheap! I shouldn’t complain anything 😝

We had an amazing stay in this hotel! The rooms are big, we booked a family suite and it was huge! Also It was my sister’s birthday , The staff were very nice and helpful and they decorated the rooms for her and even sent two birthday cakes! The butler was so professional and nice, she helped us a lot to get around hotel! Overall a very good hotel! Totally recommended!

Relaxing two nights. I come here often because the staff is so courteous especially the lady at the hot springs reception. This time i decided to bring work with me and i got a lot of it done while taking breaks to dip in the hot springs. Waking up, soaking in the tub and watching the sunrise is such a blessing. The breakfast was up to standard as usual. But something has to be done about the smell in the balcony. Also, the overhead shower head seems to be clogged in every room ive stayed in. The public hotspring area seems to have had a deep clean as the tubs and surrounding areas look cleaner. Recommended place to relax and have good service.

Not enough umbrella in Hotel. Staff didnt try find. Just say find there in lobby. Our family go outside without umbrella. We stay 2 days when National holiday. Breakfast is same 2 days. I think change everyday when national holiday. Almost people stay a afew days but dont need eat same breakfast everyday.

This is the second time visiting this hotel and every time we have enjoyed our experience. The service is great and there are a few staff who speak English. If you need help they will be called. Easy fast check in, and we were shown to our room. There are a great variety of pools which are suitable for both adults and children. Its a very relaxing environment. There is a great variety of food in the restaurant, with efficient service. On our last day we were able to check out and still use the hotsprings for a few more hours. It would be good if there was more healthy selection of breakfast cereals, as well as the treats but really everything was fantastic. We will come again!

The hot springs are perfect, the rooms are huge, and excellent value for money! Perfect for a weekend break with friends or alone. Spent the whole time moving between the pool, the springs, and the room to relax. Everything you need in one place. Unfortunately the food is awful... and the drinks are basic... but the rooms have big fridges, so take your own supplies!

Good room, lovely balcony view with private hot tub, great public pool choices, would definitely book here again.

Exceeded all expectations, I’d definitely go back.

Very Good hotel for Hot Spring made us so relax

Good overall

The hotel and the hot springs were nice, however, some of the facilities were a little old, closed or not working. The spa on our balcony was a bit moldy, could be cleaned better. Breakfast and dinner were very average.

There must have been need of lamb in the Olympic Village because they gave us three dear cards for lamb dinner but though the dining closes at 8:30, they stopped serving it at 8 pm. At least there are some cool lights on the ceiling and huge crowds if you’re into that sort of thing. Great view of the area from our room balcony.

Location was amazing Breakfast was completed menu and delicious Private Hot Spring was perfect Public hot spring area was clean and desirable Totally everything was perfect 😍

It was my first trip to hotspring, and I'm so happy that I choose this hotel 😍 Is a bit expensive yes but it completely worth it, hotel price includes hotspring. Have many different kinds of hotsprings and good spa zone) Sauna and also beautiful pool, almost 4-5 hours I spend just for hot spring. Hotel have very good serves and very nice and quiet location. Rich breakfast + in dinner you can pay for buffet, is not expensive and really delicious. Room is big and clean, I taked room with river view and it was really beautiful. Every room have balcony and there have big bath like a personal hotspring😏 For romantic evening is a big plus
