Good location. Spacious for a family of 3 adults 2 kids. The room is a lot nicer than outside the apartment. Lift waiting time can be a little longer but not that bad. Walking distance to Beijing Walking Street (super convenient). To MRT a little far but still walkable.

Our two-level suite was spacious and bright, complemented by incredibly thoughtful and attentive service. Situated in the Beijing Road commercial district, it boasts excellent transport links. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and friendly staff. But taking the elevator can be frustrated.

Good place for big family We ordered room with 3 double beds Lift access to certain floors only Read the instructions carefully The mall down there only 2-4 floors are operating The rest are all closed We went to floor 7, 6, 5 with stairs, as it showed there is outlet, it was ******* 😂😂

Water supply ran out on my last night when I was about to shower. Other than that it was a very nice stay with great amenities around.

Lift service is very bad as the lift always full and we need to wait for about 20 to 30 minutes. Understand from your staff that one of the lift was not functioned for about few months and not repaired at all. It is good that your management has elevator floor zoning system however your need to improvise your zoning system by separating lower and upper level. The room we’ve booked it’s very roomy and fits for large family, but the limited of shower room which is quite unfortunate. Suggest to have additional shower at upper room toilet.

The location is superb within walking distance to the street. Service and room size are great. Only issue is need to wait a bit during some timings as there are not many lifts. The building is shared by some commercial offices and businesses with a cinema and restaurant also.

Arriving close to midnight and tired was not the easiest place to find. Lobby run down and tired. Broken tiles on the 20th floor as you come out of the lift Lifts can be slow at times. Besides those negatives the rooms themselves were great. Spacious, comfortable beds and great pillows. Slept very well during our stay. Location is awesome

The room is spacious, well-equipped and clean. The windows are huge so you can have a lot of natural sunlight and great views. The location is excellent, and the area is very walkable with many stores and restaurants nearby. It is a great choice for tourists. The only downside is that the hotel itself is in a big building with many others, so be prepared for a longer waiting time at the elevators.

Location is perfect except the air con seems like having smoking smell as smoking is allowed in the apartment. Other than that nothing to complain as convenience is superb.
