The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, handling check-in and check-out quickly and with a thoughtful, polite attitude. The hotel environment was quiet and elegant, with complete facilities. It offers exceptional value for money.

I had originally booked a twin room, but upon check-in, I asked the front desk if I could switch to a king bed. The staff member kindly upgraded me to a much larger room, free of charge. The room was very comfortable, with a thoughtful layout. I especially appreciated the Laifen hairdryer provided; it dried my hair incredibly fast after washing – a definite plus! The breakfast restaurant was beautiful and had a lovely ambiance. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Excellent! I stayed here for an exam, and taking a taxi directly to the university town was incredibly convenient. It was easy to order takeout, with deliveries left on a shelf downstairs. The surroundings were pleasant, and I slept very comfortably. The lady at the front desk was also very kind. Missing you dearly from Changzhou Island.

Overall, it was quite good. There were no surprises and no complaints. I received a room upgrade during this stay, and it was in a location I liked. Although it was road-facing, my late check-in meant I wasn't disturbed by any noise.

It was very noisy outside in the evening, and incredibly loud around midnight. On top of that, the bathroom sink was leaking.
