Located in the heart of Xi quan and Yong Xing Fong ( 永慶坊）， this hotel is great for weekend stay in Guangzhou. There is a lot to see and plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Getting to Metro station takes a bit of walking but ok if you don’t have large luggage. If you are arriving GZ on high speed train, you can consider to take taxi from guangzhou south station and it costs R150 for a 7 seater car which is reasonable ( about 20-25 min on highway). We had the room without window and it was a bit tight. Stayed in the room with river view last time and although the room was not much bigger, the toilet was spacious and the view was fabulous. Lobby had free green bean soup dessert which is great for summer, and service from all the staff were great.

Great location! It is right at the centre of 永慶坊, also easy to get anywhere. Ancient & Morden design. Staff members are efficient and helpful to resolve our electricity supply problem.

Hotel in the a nice cultural area with lots of restaurants and shops. About 7 min from Huangsha metro station, exit B. Short walk to 沙面 area, 上下九pedestrian walk. Hotel room is very clean and has free grean bean dessert every day!

The hotel is very good location towards the popular street, and, shops and, restaurants. Surrounding the area has many restaurants with nice and delicious foods there. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful and polite. The hotel room that's we had booked is very clean and comfortable, too. We could like to stay in this hotel again, when we're going to planning it again.

This hotel locates just inside Yong Qing Fang at the side of the river. The room is very clean. I booked a larger room, therefore that is enough space, I am not sure how big the standard room is. My wife and I had an excellent sleep. If you plan to spend the night at Yong Qing Fang, this hotel is the obvious choice.

Room was big and comfortable. Massage chair in the room was a huge plus!!! About 7 min walk to the train station.

I really like this hotel for its location, staff, and nearby amenities. It has a traditional Guangzhou style, and the staff are extremely helpful. I'll definitely stay here again when I return.

It's in a really cool location next to a cute canal. The staff are really friendly, the room was clean and modern with a great view, and having a little gym and laundry room was great.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful although some of the room types can be quite small. Staff are friendly, services are good. Food served in the restaurant is very good.

Very good hotel right next to Cantonese Opera House and in middle of 400 year old history! Hotel is fabulous, done tastefully with guangdong element but filled with modern tech for comfortable stay. Great staff and superb price point, totally recommended.
